We had a wonderful stay at this property to celebrate Christmas as a family in Rome. We loved the neighborhood and the apartment was spacious and clean. We were able to do laundry on site and felt close enough to restaurants and shops, but also enjoyed the quiet of the building for sleeping.

Great location central to many great restaurants, shopping, supermarket, churches and overall fun sightseeing areas. Building was secure and unit was clean. The lift made it helpful to get the luggage to the unit. The in person check in was much appreciated, with many suggestions given for things to do and where to eat. Our stay was short as it was on the back end of our trip but I would have loved to stay more days.

Good location but noisy in the evenings with restaurants below. Windows need to remain shut. A/C works well.Please note that the elevator only starts from 2nd floor, so one floor to go up on foot. Otherwise well equipped. Caution for anyone working, only one type F electrical outlet in the kitchen that allows plugging a laptop. All others in the appartment are type L.Check in easy and good communication..

Great Location!

The flat was very clean and accommodated our group quite well. We were 2 couples and 2 sisters. Loved the location. Easy walk to the taxi stand - about 2 blocks; easy walk to all restaurants, stores, cafes, and gelato. We walked to the Trevi Fountain & Pantheon. The property managers provided a list of suggested restaurants. Try Da Carlone for outstanding carbonara! It's literally a 2 minute walk. The elevator is quite small, so if you have a large group with luggage, you'll need to take a couple of trips - didn't bother us in the least. I would stay here again!

Great Apartment!

We were met at the property at agreed upon time by Loredana. She took time to not only show us the apartment but also give us a rundown of the neighborhood. Her recommendations were perfect as we loved both the restaurants she pointed us toward. She also took the time to arrange a car service for us to return to airport. All extremely professional and greatly added to the ease of our stay. The apartment itself was even better than expected. Surrounded by restaurants and shops it was very convenient. Neighborhood felt very safe and lively, great for family. Apartment was huge with plenty of space for our family of four. Perfect for everyone to have a little space to themselves after a long day of sightseeing. Air conditioning worked very well which was great after previous accommodations in Italy. Would definitely stay here again when in Rome.

Great location! Loved the area we stayed in and the apartment itself was very clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend staying here for your trip to Rome because it's convenient to everything around. There were only a few things to be aware of like having to walk pretty far down a couple blocks to throw out the trash. Also, you have to walk up one floor to a very tiny elevator that fits maybe 2 people before going to the 4th floor apt, which can be inconvenient for lots of luggage or multiple peole at a time. Otherwise a great place to stay and definitely worth staying there
