This was a great place with such a lovely host! It is right on the bus line, easy access to grocery stores, a great cafe nearby. Two bathrooms was fabulous and we loved the backyard area. The apartment was nice and quiet, very comfortable beds. Thanks so much!
This apartment was the perfect place for our multi-week stay in Rome. Quiet, clean, and comfortable in a location with a real neighborhood feel. There were multiple buses close by to get everywhere we wanted including the historic center, Galleria Borghese, and the Vatican. This convenience along with the multiple grocery stores, cafes, and restaurants meant we had everything we needed. Our kind and friendly host, Milena, took us on a tour of the neighborhood shortly after our arrival which provided us with a good start to finding our way around. She also took us on a lovely drive through Rome at night. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to any small groups looking for a peaceful home base for their adventures in Rome.
We really enjoyed our short stay, wished we could have stayed longer. The neighborhood is very nice and friendly. We'd highly recommend staying here. Easy walking and public transportation access to anything you'd like to see.

It was an overall great experience. I don't have much to say outside of this is the best place to go when in Rome. A real taste of Italy, that allows you to go everywhere.
Great location. Away from tourists which we liked but within walking distance to the famous sights. “ Cafe Vert” every morning for a cappuccino and custard filled crosant.
We loved staying in Gianicolo Hill and Milena was wonderful. The apartment and neighbor gave a great place to rest after a crowded busy day in Rome. Milena showed us where to find groceries, good food, bus tickets, and how to navigate the routes. The apartment was perfect with great AC after the 90 degree days. I would stay again and recommend to friends and family.
Great property, Milena was there to meet us when we arrived she drove us around to familiarize us with the area, told us which bus routes to take, the grocery store was a few minutes walk, we spent a very enjoyable holiday there
Excellent apartment.Milena was so helpful. Organised airport transfer. Greeted us on arrival and drove us to show where local supermarkets and eateries were.Apartment was in a great location, local buses to major sites at the door. Lots of great eateries in the street. Highly recommend
We had a very pleasant stay here over the New Year period. It is a great location in a calm residential area, but still near enough to the centre of Rome. We had very mild weather when we stayed, so even in Winter we were able to use the outdoor area which was such a bonus in Rome.
We enjoyed staying in this apartment on our trip to Rome. Milena was so kind to set us up with a private taxi to bring us from the airport to the apartment, and showed us around the area once we got there. Apartment was clean, and a good location near the train station which made getting around the city easy. The location is nice if you like a quiet neighbourhood. I would stay here again!
Great location, near restaurants, taxi stand, groceries. Probably the best hosts I’ve ever had, exceptionally helpful and thoughtful. Quiet place with well equipped kitchen. It suited us very well.
Although not in the centre by choice many historical buildings that get overlooked.easy by taxi to get all location in central Rome foe 10 euro.
The host is first rate and the garden is great for sundowners. Large supermarket in 5 mins walk
Wonderful location up on a hill where it’s quieter and cooler than down in Rome proper, but easy to get into Rome. Great little open air market a block away. Milena is very helpful and her husband gave us an amazing tour of the area with a lot of historical information. Air conditioning in the bedrooms was welcome and the patio was lovely.

THANK YOU SO MUCH JANICE AND WE HOPE TO MEET YOU AGAIN IN THE FUTURE !
Property was in a great location for all touristy attractions. It was very quiet and for the most part clean.. the showers had some mold in the tiles. Outside of that everything was great.
We had an incredible stay at this VRBO in Rome! The location was perfect - we were able to walk to many of the city's top attractions, including the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, and Piazza Navona. The hosts were so welcoming and accommodating, providing us with helpful tips and recommendations for our visit. The apartment itself was cozy and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and a cute terrace overlooking the city. Overall, we highly recommend this VRBO to anyone looking for a memorable and authentic experience in Rome!
