A little but very nice apartment (monotype) provided with air conditioning, bathroom with shower box, hair dryer, tv color, free Wifi, kitchen-corner, well equipped (two induction plates, micro-wave oven, electric italian type caffettiera, toaster) and panoramic terrace with awning, table, chairs and chaises-longues. For two persons. Located in the residential area of Janiculum-Monteverde Vecchio ,, near the Park of Villa Pamphili, ten minutes away from the center of Trastevere, 20 minutes by bus from the Coliseum. Restaurants, open sky market, supermarket, any kind of shops (a delicious ice-cream shop too!) in the same street or very near. Very good and very cheap-rotisseries pizzerias (also take-away)

Roman gem

Maurizio was amazing, he picked us up from the train station and gave us a personal tour of the city plus recommendations of where all the best spots are. The place was very tidy and amazing to have a balcony with an amazing view. Definitely recommend

Great stay!

Cozy place with a beautiful terrace in a wonderful neighborhood not far from the city center and all the touristy spots. Maurizio is a wonderful host who picked us up at the train station and gave us a tour of the Trastevere neighborhood.

Excellent property, beautiful views, amazing terrace!!!

Maurizio was helpful from the minute we booked this property up until we were flying home. He answered every question we had about transportation and the local area and arranged for us to get an early morning taxi to the airport the day we left. He took his personal time to show us the neighborhood along with many of the sights above the Trastavere. Just across the street is a wonderful place for cappuccinos and breakfast pastries and in the evening or afternoon they have delicious gelato. The bus was easy to use and dropped us right at the door of the property. After a long day of walking to see the sights we enjoyed relaxing on the lounge chairs on the terrace which had a wonderful breeze! If you can get this property for your stay in Rome you should do it!!!

Fantastic Stay!

We had the best stay ever in this comfortable apartment. It was very clean and walking distance to places for breakfast and dinner. Our host was outstanding! Meeting us on arrival and showing us restaurants and providing us a great mini tour of the neighborhood and explaining the history of the area. The terrace was an amazing place to relax after exploring Rome! Hope to return again!

Perfect!

Words cannot express how wonderful our stay was! Maurizio was the most gracious host! Communication with WhatsApp before and during our stay was great and appreciated to make us feel comfortable on our first trip to Italy. He picked us up at the Trastevere train station and gave us a historical driving tour of the neighborhood with much advice! We left feeling like Maurizio was our new friend. Loved the neighborhood and the convenient location to both Vatican, Colosseum, and Spanish Steps. We mostly walked and felt safe, but there were always taxis in the square close by. Loved the view from our private rooftop veranda! Bed was comfortable. Very clean! We enjoyed the coffee and pastry shop across the street every morning! Best restaurants nearby. We will definitely love to stay here again when in Rome! Thanks so much for everything, Maurizio!
