Located in the very heart of Rome’s Historic Center, the apartment is framed by iconic landmarks: Piazza Navona, Campo de’ Fiori, St. Peter’s Basilica, and the Pantheon — all just a short walk away.

Public transportation is also convenient: the bus stop is only 100 meters from the building, and there’s a 24-hour taxi stand nearby.

The apartment is on the first floor of a charming 18th-century building. It has been recently renovated, revealing original wooden ceilings and terracotta brick walls from the 1700s — a blend of history and modern comfort.

You’ll find:

- A bright, spacious bedroom with a queen-size memory foam bed, a sofa bed, a wardrobe, and a dining table. The room is air-conditioned.

- A cozy living room featuring a comfortable double sofa bed, antique furnishings (including an elegant 1800s chest of drawers), and a 40" LCD TV with English channels. Air conditioning is also available here.

- A modern bathroom with a shower, towels, soap, shampoo, and a hairdryer.

- A fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, and all the utensils you may need.

You’ll also enjoy FREE high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and independent heating.
Bed linens and towels are included.

Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM

The city of Rome charges a tourist tax of €6 per person per night. The tourist tax applies only to the first 10 nights of stay in case of bookings longer than 10 nights.
