However, comfort is subjective, and what may not suit one guest may be perfectly comfortable for another.

Wide-angle photography is standard across the hospitality industry, but the measurements are always there for guests to review before booking. As for the black mold: this is false. The apartment is professionally cleaned and regularly inspected, and no such issue exists or has ever been reported. This claim was not raised during your stay or at check-out, and we can only conclude it was added to discredit us. We work hard to offer a well-maintained, honest listing and we do not deserve to have false statements made about our property in a public review.
