We loved making this cute spot our Trastevere HQ for a jam-packed week of Rome sightseeing. Elisabetta and Lorenzo were very friendly and helpful whenever we needed them (though I forgot to ask them for specifics on finding the right room before we arrived in Italy and couldn’t get my phone working near the apartment, so make sure to do that), and the neighborhood was extremely convenient and cute. Kitchen/bathroom/bedroom had everything we needed. Would love to stay here again our next time in Rome!
Cute little spot tucked away in Trastevere. Perfect for 1 person or a couple staying in Rome for a few days. Host was helpful and easy to communicate with.

Excellent location
Neighborhood was better than it appeared because of the graffiti. The space of the property was good for accommodating the three of us. The kitchen is not user friendly because the stair case makes it difficult to open the fridge and is not well stocked. The bathroom needs some attention.
We had an adventurous three day weekend in Rome. The apartment was perfectly located to the vibrant part of Trastevere but is situated on what seems to be the only quiet street in the neighborhood. It was an easy walk to the historic city center too.
Wonderful location in quiet Trastevere neighborhood! Just 2 minutes walk to several local restaurants and within walking distance to all the major sites. No elevator, but only one straight, short flight of stairs. Air conditioning worked great. There's no clothes washer and the kitchen being tiny and up on a platform would not make it good for a long stay, but for our the days it was perfect!
Beautiful flat in a quiet area of a bustling neighbourhood. Restful oasis for exploring all of Rome and Trastevere. A bonus if you are a gluten free traveller as there are several fully GF restaurants nearby. Also a Rome water fountain is just steps away, making a nice treat for water bottles. The flat is clean and spacious with a beautiful wardrobe closet to keep your clothes and purchases in while there. Comfortable bed and charming decor. Will return as it truly felt like home. Elisabetta was a delight to work with. Walkable to the Vatican and many sites of interest. We did not use public transport, just walked everywhere and it felt lovely to be central but in an Italian artsy neighbourhood.
This was such a great location for our stay in Rome, it is in a much more quieter part of Trastevere as well which was a big win to be able to get away from the crowded areas. The apartment is in a good location for seeing all the popular sites (depending how much walking you like to do) we walked everywhere from the apartment and our furthest walk was to the Trevi fountain & Spanish steps which took us about 40 minutes. There is also public transit about 10minutes away. Elisabetta is a great host and was always available if we needed anything. We would definitely recommend staying here.
Wonderful little property in a characterful district!
Elisabetta and her son are so lovely, and made our check in so easy. The apartment is full of character and is perfectly located in the Trastevere area. It’s a lovely and lively district, especially at night but the apartment is on a nice quiet street!! Would definitely stay again :)
Absolutely beautiful apartment ,great location the place was very clean and communication with our host was fabulous . Walking distance to wonderful restaurants if you’re able, you can actually walk to the Vatican, the Colosseum and the Trevi fountain all about a 15 minute walk from the apartment and the is that you get to see architecture highly recommend this apartment. We loved our stay there.
We had a lovely stay here. Elisabetta was easy to work with and very accessible for questions. I had an early morning flight at 6am and she helped coordinate a reliable taxi to the airport. The WiFi was consistent and strong as we worked remotely for part of our trip. The location could not have been better- an easy walk to restaurants in the Trastevere neighborhood or to cross the river.
It is as beautiful as it looks in the photos! We all know photos can be misleading sometimes, but this apartment was fantastic! The location is also great for dinner in the evening, lots of great restaurants and places for drinks. We didn’t use the kitchen, but the little raised kitchen is so cute. Bed was comfortable, it was better than the average from the many places we have stayed this trip
My spouse and I stayed 4 nights and we enjoyed the location and the quiet it offered with little birds who came to sing at our bedroom window.Located in a perfect location to walk to all the historical sites. We had fun exploring the restaurants in Trastavere all near the accommodation. The unit was very clean and very comfortable. The check in was not done with the owner but with a family member. So we could have been shown in more details where to find certain kitchen items or how European appliances worked. It was a learning experience for us to ask more questions during our check in process. We would definitely stay there again.

I wouldn’t recommend this place overall. The location is great, very close to the heart of Trastevere yet situated on a quiet street. The apartment was decent, though it would have been helpful if more basic toiletries were provided, we ended up having to purchase some essentials. The biggest concern was the communication with the host, which was quite poor and unresponsive. Additionally, we were asked to pay an extra cleaning fee in cash at check-in. This charge was not mentioned in the listing, and requesting off-platform payments in cash felt questionable. There’s a lot of other accommodation options in the area for a cheaper cost and better value for money.
Really enjoyed our stay here. The location is great - when you first drive up you may think it's not, but about a 2 minute walk gets you right into the heart of Trastevere, where you have all the best food in Rome and as much nightlife as you want. However, if you don't want the nightlife, the street the room is on remains quiet. The room was clean, keep in mind the building is old, but it is well done. The kitchen is hard to access, but you can see that in the pictures. Overall very spacious and had what we needed. The hosts were nice and responsive. A.self check in option would be nice for more flexibility, but they were very accommodating to our arrival time.
This was our second stay in Rome in as many weeks, and this Trastevere apartment did not disappoint. Trastevere is an incredible neighborhood, full of life, amazing food, and even a local bar that has quickly become my favorite. The apartment is just one block away from all the excitement, so while you're close to the action, it's quiet and peaceful when you need a break from the crowds.
The property itself is beautifully maintained—clean, inviting, and just as warm as the pictures portray. The property owner and her son went above and beyond to make us feel at home, and their hospitality truly made a difference in our stay. All in all, this is a wonderful property, and without a doubt, we’ll be returning whenever we're in the area.
(bonus points for the wifi - it was high speed and faster than I was expecting.)
This is a lovely, newly renovated flat with hardwood flooring, original ceiling rafters, and an interesting kitchenette setup that can be a little awkward if you're not paying attention to how the refrigerator opens. It's a great neighborhood for food and nightlife, super busy in the evenings, but this particular street is thankfully quieter than many others. Plenty of places for coffee and breakfast, a few minutes away from Piazza Trilussa and Ponte Sisto - this is important because it seems like cabs really prefer to pick up at the Piazza and not in the winding streets of the Trastevere neighborhood, so that might save you some time and hair-pulling. Would absolutely recommend to friends and family.
The apartment is very comfortable with plenty of room, very nicely furnished. The location was a special surprise, with narrow streets and lots of small shops and cafes. The area is lively and fun. At the same time the apartment was really quiet and peaceful.
It is just a short walk to the river and there is a bridge nearby so everything is in walking distance but at the same time the neighborhood is a little oasis. Rome is a big city so you may want to take a bus or the metro to get to some parts, though we just walked everywhere. The Jewish Ghetto is just across the river. Most of the monuments and places you will want to visit are less than a half hour walk.
One word of advice is to have the property owner arrange for the taxi to the apartment as it not the easiest place to find for someone who does not regularly go to the area.
The owner and her son were fantastic, very welcoming and helpful and their communication was great. We will definitely be staying there again!
The unit was as described. Elisabetta was a great host. She met as at the unit for a seamless check in. The bed and pull out couch were comfortable. Great location in Trastevere. Easily walk for coffee, meals and bars. 30 minute walk to most Rome attractions. I did not see any other reviews so this may be the first. Just a couple suggestions.
1. Provide more towels. We stayed 5 nights and there were only 3 towels. Without a washer we had to use the same towel.
2. Stock the unit with more kitchen essentials. We bought a bottle of wine but there were no wine glasses.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend.
