Great location, very nice apartment

Close to everything! We had a great time, excellent responsiveness. The apartment was comfortable and clean. Outdoor space is a nice feature. Great restaurants nearby. Doors can be challenging to open. We would stay here again.

Amazing spot to stay in Rome

Residence is older but in the heart of everything you will want to do! Can’t wait to come back!! Highly recommended. Restaurants nearby are excellent. Super spot to stay, we loved the balcony for coffee. We had a great time.

Great location to St. Peter’s square

Emma’s apartment was a nice cozy place for my husband and myself. We stayed 6 nights. It was the perfect location for us since we had to be up and at the Vatican early 2 mornings. We walked so many other places. My husband says, “great location and cozy”.

Perfect for a solo/duo stay!!

Very clean, quaint, and cute!! Booked for a week stay visiting a cousin and was perfect! She stayed with me a few days and it fit us comfortably. It was in a great location near restaurants and shops while being only a short walk from the vatican. Easy walk to bus/taxi areas for longer travel distances Check in was easy with Valerio and he was so polite as he welcomed me into the apartment. Highly recommend for those who are traveling solo who want a cozy, clean spot!

Great location, very close to the Vatican, easily walkable. Many restaurants and stores very close. Apartment was easy to get to, clean and very quiet, area felt safe and secure.

Phenomenal place and location!

Of the 7 cities we visited on this trip, we loved this accommodation the most. it was clean, safe, and we loved the private outdoor space! also surrounded by amazing shops and restaurants as well as a short walk to the vatican. would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect location for a visit to St. Peter's

Perfect location for a visit to St Peter's Basilica and exploring the wonderful food of Rome. Very clean and comfortable. Perfect place to stay if you want to be in the center of things. Things are smaller than modern apartments but that is to be expected. And you will have to pick up some paper products down the block. Positives far outweigh the minor negatives.

This property exceeded our expectations. The host arranged transportation from the airport, smooth check-in, clean and updated unit, comfortable bed, on a quiet street but close to the Vatican and other attractions.

Very close to Vatican

Great apartment within walking distance to the Vatican, bus stations and grocery store. Two block walk to the bus routes that can easily take you across Rome. I would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Perfect in every way!

We stayed in Rome for 6 days. For us, it was the perfect location. Very close to the Vatican and St. Peter’s. We love to walk, so we never used public transportation after we arrived at Roma Termini. Days that we walked to the Colosseum, Pantheon or Trevi, we walked anywhere between 5-10 miles. Not everyone’s cup of tea, but we saw a lot of city buses frequently, so I imagine that is also a great option. The apartment is all you could ask for and was very quiet. The neighborhood has many great restaurants just around the corner. We spent a total of 4 weeks in Italy and our favorite gelato shop is just right around the corner… L’Arena Del Gelato.

Great first trip to Rome

Great location to some historic sites. Perfect size for a couple to stay. Amenities were as advertised. Plenty of restaurants and entertainment nearby. The metro was short walk away. Hosts were attentive.

Very clean and bright. Our host was very gracious and helpful. We stayed in early September while it was mid 90 degrees and the AC kept us cool at night so we could sleep. More than a good value! a steal!

Short walking distance to Vatican

My husband and I had a couple of days planned here after a cruise prior to our return home. The location was key in our decision. It was a fifteen minute walk to the Vatican museum, seven minutes to the Basilica. The property was very comfortable and clean. We appreciate that! Kitchen offerings were great and made it easy to bring take out food there to reheat. We were just tired of eating out by that time on our trip!

perfect apartment and location

The apartment was very comfortable and really well-located (we love Borgo Vittorio!). A bit cramped for two adults and two teens, but we knew that going in and it was fine for a short stay. Pierfrancesco and Valerio were excellent hosts. We miss Rome already!

The apartment is really nice, it could use a TV in the bedroom, but that is my personal preference. They are great communicating with their guest. They arranged transportation to and from the airport, with a great driver and reasonable price. The one issue I had, was on the 2nd day there was dog poop right in front the outside entrance door and no one cleaned it even after notifying management. They stated it there was nothing they can do, which really surprised me. Walking and jumping around it put a damper on out would have been an outstanding and excellent stay.
