We really enjoyed staying at this apartment. Lots of character, well appointed and the air conditioning was very much needed with the 37C weather outside. Would book again.
Charming, roomy apartment close to many major sites and also Spagna and Barberini metros. Host arranged great airport shuttles, too. About 70 marble steps to climb at the end of the day, so save a bit of energy…but worth it. Highly recommend.
Lovely big appartment.
More attention to cleaning
The bathroom in particular needs some maintenance.
Overall very happy with our stay. Jaypee very easy to deal with.
The apartment was lovely and located in a convenient area close to all of the historic sites. I would caution anyone who has physical mobility issues as the apartment is located on the fourth floor and is only accessible via the stairs. A lift is not available.
Such a great location, close to walk everywhere from the coliseum, crypts, and plenty of restaurants, cafes and shopping. Easy 20 minute walk from the termini train station. Place is decorated beautifully, just beware that it is 4 flights up and no elevator. Would stay here again!
This is a great location and perfect for walking to everything. We had a great time staying here and it was exactly what we wanted. We also left a passport and realized it on the train to Florence and the host went out of his way to make sure we got the situation taken care of.
This “right in the heart of activity” apartment is excellent for access to some tourist and ancient sites - we walked to Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain and the Colosseum, food, shopping and nightlife. We loved the old world design of the apartment. It is roomy enough for 4 adults/2 couples each having their own bathroom. We invited 2 more friends for dinner one night and fit 6 around the table. You should know that there are 75 steps to ascend to get to the apartment (no elevator) and the host assisted us with our luggage upon arrival. Overall, a great place to stay if you want to have the city experience while staying in Rome.
Everything was wonderful about this apartment! It was charming, surprisingly large in my experience with European apartments, and the location was very close to the Spanish steps and Trevi fountain. The property manager was very helpful and communicative. Overall, a really wonderful experience. I would not hesitate to stay there again.
We had a quick two nights in Rome. The apartment is in a great location. Restaurants around the corner and the Spanish Steps and Trevi fountain just a few blocks away.
The only downside is that it was on the 4th floor with no elevator. This trip I had extra and heavy bags for
Very easy check in and check out. Just a great location. Place was clean. We didn’t cook but all necessary items were there IF we wanted to. Restaurants and shops nearby. Near metro and buses. Very quaint and charming. Management/owners were wonderful and fast communication. Would stay again. NOTE u must climb four sets of stairs. NO elevator or lift. Otherwise very very nice
This was our first visit to Cortona and the hosts were fabulous with providing us information, arranging transportation, and a vacation home that matches the description. While the downstairs living area isn’t very welcoming, we spent all of our time relaxing in the large bedrooms and most enjoyably the rooftop patio. The home is just inside the city gate, which is convenient with arrival with luggage, and the walk home each day or evening is always downhill! We loved relaxing without television, but note that there is not one in the home if this will be a problem for your group. I HIGHLY recommend Together in Tuscany and this home.

Dec trip
This property lacked basics and the owner/manager did not explain how to use the stove or washing machine. There was no guidance about things like location of a grocery store.
There was no clothes soap, no dish soap, no hair dryer, enough sugar for one cup of coffee.
There was no hot water in the sink of the red bedroom. The drain of that sink is blocked until the entire plug is removed.
The fan on the stove does not work.
78 steps is way too many. Even for a fit person.

I was very sorry to hear about your review because, for the reasons you have described, I can only assume that you did not enjoy your vacation. I am very sorry that you did not send any message to me or my staff: we would have been happy to be available for you. The washing machine has instructions on the knobs; The hair dryer is located in the green bathroom cabinet (there are two); You rented an apartment and due to the anti-covid regulation, we cannot leave any detergent open. Again, if you needed it urgently, one of my staff members could have bought it for you. I'm very sorry that you didn't read the description of the apartment properly, in which it was pointed out that the building doesn't have an elevator. Take care of yourself
Unfortunately not cleaned after previous people left.
We arrived at 515 pm, checkin was after 4pm. Unfortunately the apartment had not been cleaned after the previous people left. These people left the apartment in a complete mess, used sheets ,unmade beds rubbish in all rooms including the lounge, dirty kitchen & unclean dishes, a bathroom that was revolting. Guess the cleaners had not turned up to clean the property!. The manager eventually sorted things and said cleaners were now on way. I decided we would be happier not waiting and booked a hotel as my partner was not feeling great. The communication with the manger of the apartment was poor. I fully understand events happen out of the control of managers but being offered a refund of the cleaning fee compensation is not fair. Such a shame as this apartment has real charm and is close to great spots in Rome.

We are very sorry for what happened during your stay. Unfortunately, the outside cleaning company was delayed that day due to some unforeseen circumstances. As soon as we became aware of the situation, we immediately offered her a refund for the cleaning.
When the cleaning company arrived at 4 p.m., she decided to leave the apartment. We understand her frustration, but we would like to inform her that the apartment was cleaned perfectly in less than an hour.
We would have been happy to offer you a free day's stay as well, but unfortunately we received no further communication from you. Should you decide to trust us again in the future, we would be happy to offer you both the cleaning service and a free day as a gesture of apology.
Wohnung mit Charme in guter Lage mit kleinen Abstrichen
😊
Julius was fabulous for the check in and check out process. He was kind enough to call us a taxi to the train station. He answered all of our questions. The apartment itself was gorgeous. It was close to many well known tourist sites, such as the Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps, and the Pantheon. The metro and taxi stops were also very close by at Piazza Barberini.
This is a great 2bedroom 2 bath apartment. Is clean and charming and has everything you need including a washing machine. Neighborhood has groceries, restaurants, and gelato. Perfect. Not so good for small children or those with leg issues as it’s a 4th floor walk up but I would very much recommend it to all others.
