About this property
A unique view of Campo de 'Fiori
The apartment is part of an aristocratic palace of the XVII / XVIII century in the center of Rome: "Palazzo del Gallo di Roccagiovine".
The palace was as property of descendants of Napoleon Bonaparte (Giulia Bonaparte) ,.
It's famous the wonderfull stairscase made by the same architect who did the Spanish Step (Alessandro Specchi)
The house is on the first floor (there is no access for the disabled), with all windows overlooking the Piazza Campo de 'Fiori,
(and also having double glazing everywhere, the silence can not be total of course. The "pros and cons" of a unique and unrepeatable home.
Three bedrooms (two with the view on Campo de 'Fiori) and two bathr, living room with a comfortable and functional kitchen (view on Campo de Fiori too).
A double room has a private bathroom with conditioned air portable (in historic buildings is prohibited to install air conditioned fixed installations) and a fireplace for the winter. A true romantic nest.
The other bedrooms (1 double, 1 with two single beds, pushed together if desired) have ceiling fans.
