Charming large apartment near Colosseum

Charming large apartment (150 mq) in San Giovanni district just minutes from the Colosseum. A few steps from Line A of the metro (San Giovanni stop), the house has been recently renovated according to the highest interior design standards. The custom-made furnishings are made by local artisans.
Despite the extensive renovation, we wanted to preserve the historic soul of the house, represented by the precious venetian terrazzo marble floors of almost a century.

The apartment is located on the second floor (with lift) of a very quiet period building. Spacious and comfortable, equipped with every comfort.

It consists of three bedrooms, living room, full kitchen, two full bathrooms, a service bathroom and two balconies.

The blue room is equipped with a king size bed (180x200) or, upon request, two single beds (90x200). The green room has a queen size bed (160x200) and overlooks a balcony, while the pink room is equipped with a queen size bed (160x200).
The complete bathrooms have a bathtub or shower, sink, toilet and bidet, while the service bathroom is equipped with a sink and toilet.
The kitchen is fully equipped and there will never be a shortage of coffee, tea and sugar.
The living room and a bedroom overlook two balconies, each equipped with a table and chairs.
AC is present in every room.

The apartment is equipped with every comfort: fast WIFI, TV with Netflix, AC in every room, equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, kettle, Nespresso machine...), hairdryer, iron and ironing board.

Despite being a very quiet street, a few steps from the door you will find bars, restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries and pharmacies. All extremely comfortable and with a wide choice.

San Giovanni is a very lively, central and safe district, both day and night. Well served with coffee shop, restaurants, supermarkets and shops. The nearby Via Appia is suitable for shopping.
The Basilica of San Giovanni in Laterano is just a few steps away and with a short and very pleasant walk you can reach the Colosseum, Circo Massimo and Terme di Caracalla.

The San Giovanni metro stop (just 3 stops from Termini Station) is on Line A, the main line with which you can reach any destination in the center of Rome in just a few minutes!
Furthermore, just 200 meters away there is the bus stop no. 87 which will take you directly to the Colosseum, Fori Imperiali, Piazza Venezia, Piazza Navona, Castel S. Angelo.

According to Italian laws, the identity documents of all guests will be required at check-in, unregistered guests are not allowed and the signature on the tourist rental contract will be required.
Stays longer than 28 days are not permitted.
