Excellent location and great size for our family size. The lock on the apartment door was not the greatest, hard to use and had to contact property manager at midnight but ended up getting in. They didn't leave much toilet paper in the washrooms and no extra to be found in the apartment. Air conditioner worked great. Lots of great restaurants in the area and everything is walking distance.

The apartment was beautiful and the host accommodating once we arrived. However, the information illuded that the apartment was Accessible but it wasn’t - far from it. Yes there was a lift but you had to walk up a flight of stairs to access it then get off on 5th floor and walk up another flight of steps. We contacted the host prior to booking to check accessability and they never responded. They were the only hosts we contacted that didn’t respond. It Made my stay in Rome very stressful as i have prosthetic legs and it was almost impossible doing those stairs every day, and sometimes two or three times.

Not as advertised - beware!

This place was not at all what we expected. Dirty walls, bad smells, sweltering. Two of the four bedrooms had no air conditioning and were so hot we had to put our kids on the floor in the two air conditioned rooms so they could (barely) sleep.
