Un scandale !

Notre groupe était composé de 9 personnes. Nous venions assister au match de rugby à Twickenham France Angleterre. Arrivés au logement pas de chauffage et d'eau chaude jusqu'au lendemain (il faisait la nuit - 2° à l'extérieur) Il a fallu que nous allions recharger la carte du gaz et payer !!! Nous attendons toujours le remboursement depuis le 14 mars ! La maison est très mal isolée (sur des fenêtres du scotch "isole" de l'extérieur), pas de cafetière (8 personnes sur 9 buvaient du café), 8 chaises pour 9 (dont 1 cassée) pour un logement de 13 couchages ? Cables électriques qui pendaient, sanitaires pas très propres, pas assez de serviettes...Et des avions qui passaient au dessus de la maison toutes les 5mn de 6H du matin à 22H30 !!! Bref ce logement ne devrait pas être proposé à la location. Nous avions une entière confiance en ABRITEL. Nous sommes très très déçus. Cette location mériterait d'être en partie remboursée.
