This *POPULAR* very spacious three bedroom apartment is set over two floors. The bathroom has a bath with a power shower and a toilet and you also have a separate toilet downstairs for convenience. There are three spacious bedrooms:

All bedrooms have plenty storage for luggage etc. The apartment takes 12 people very comfortably with plenty of space. The apartment is fully loaded with everything you need for convenience. The living room has a dining table for the family. The sofa bed in the lounge pulls out to form a comfy double bed. A large flat screen TV is also in the lounge for you to enjoy programs. The apartment comes with wireless broadband. The kitchen is fully equipped with 4 burner gas hob, double oven and grill, fridge freezer, washing machine, all cooking and baking equipment and plenty cup board space. The apartment is located above a convenient store. There are 2 food and wine stores for you to purchase your groceries and a takeaway chicken shop. The main shop ***'Wimbledon News'*** is where you can purchase your ***Oyster Travel Card*** which allows you to travel on all the London Transport Services. The friendly shopkeeper (always looking forward to my guests) is there to explain everything you need to know about your Oyster Card. Just 5 minutes walk there is a leisure centre with a swimming pool, keep fit centre and many sport activities. Tooting Broadway shopping centre is 3 minutes by bus (12 mins walk) where you will find restaurants, MC Donalds, wine bars, pubs, markets, coffee shops, supermarkets, clothes shopping and many many more. A very vibrant and lively centre where most guests have enjoyed shopping especially at the popular 'Primark Department Store' where you can purchase clothes, home ware and gifts. ALSO ST GEORGES HOSPITAL MEDICAL CENTRE IS ONLY 5 MINUTES WALK.

Tooting is a very safe and friendly community and is in a sought after area where house prices are on the higher end of the scale.

GATWICK AIRPORT
Take the Gatwick Express to London Victoria
Take the Underground Victoria Line to Stockwell. Then take the Underground Northern Line to Tooting Broadway

STANSTED AIRPORT
Take the Stansted Express train to Tottenham Hale
Take the underground Victoria line to Stockwell. Then the northern line to Tooting Broadway.

TAXI
For added convenience, I can arrange a taxi driver to pick up or drop off at Airport, for a nominal charge.

TOOTING BROADWAY..
Come out of the station and turn to your left to cross over the road (Halifax Building society on corner). You will come to Garrett Lane. You can walk 10 minutes to the apartment or walk down a couple of yards to the bus stop. You can get the 44, 77 or 270. When you hear the announcement 'Wimbledon Road' (3rd stop), get off and walk a further couple of yards to the mini roundabout. To your left you will see 'Wimbledon Road' walk about 50 yards to the apartment.

Please remember to phone when you arrive at the airport or 2o minutes away from the apartment to meet me to check you in. I will explain everything you need to know about the apartment and tell you how to get about which is so simple. The dining room has a huge underground map (on the wall) showing all the tube stations. I have also compiled a lot of tourist information for those who have no idea where to start.
