Marta is an excellent host. She replies to questions and takes care of things immediately. She had several recommendations for nearby restaurants and for a great place for afternoon tea. The house is in a very international district and it was fun to walk around and get a feel for the neighborhood. We were there during a heat wave and the house, especially upstairs, was very warm. Two family members finally rented a room in a nearby hotel with air conditioning. The deck got a lot of use as it was pleasant outside in the evening.

Great to find a 3 bedroom 2 bath townhouse for a holiday week! West Kensington minutes walk from the tube station, Waitross & Tesco express mkt. Conveinent to all the attractions. It was so comfortable, great kitchen, lots of towels etc.

Host is very responsive. Listed as having a king bed but it’s not a USA sized king, more of a queen bed. Seems like someone lives at the house normally. Cleanliness was not great; we did our own cleaning to make us feel comfortable.

Great location and lovely property

We chose this property to attend a family wedding in the area. It was perfect, we ate locally at Koka which was very good food and family friendly. The balcony at the property is perfect to relax in the evening and we also sat outside in the morning to eat breakfast - perfect. Thank you Martha for sharing this beautiful place

Excellent stay! A very quiet neighborhood within a ten minute walk of the District line. For reference, takes about 45 minutes from leaving the house to get to Westminster Abbey. Host was very responsive for any questions and gave helpful descriptions on how to use the appliances. Helpful suggestions for local restaurants and grocery. Was a very good stay for our family of four with two teenage daughters. May not be ideal for families with young children with the master bedroom two flights of stairs away from the other bedrooms. Highly recommend for families with older kids.

Marta was an amazing host. We stay at a lot of VRBOs and Marta is so responsive and caring about our stay. The house is in a great location. The 3 stories was a perfect fit for our family of 4. It was really cozy, clean and had everything we could need for our stay. There were plenty of shops and restaurants in the area, and the Tube was only 5 minutes away. Highly recommend staying at Marta's home!

Fun 3 story home in a cute neighborhood. Pretty quiet at night and we were able to keep the windows open to let in a cool air in. Easy walking access to the tube in adorable neighborhoods and cute breakfast and dinner places within a 5 to 10 minute walk. Host was easy to get a hold of and recommended some great options for dining as well. Thank you, Marta!

Marta is a great host and her house is super nice and fully equiped. The neighbourhood is perfect, quite and peacful, with all that you might need or want just around. The house is close enough to the main attractions of London.We surely recommand this place for any family looking for a comfortable home in London.

Our stay in London was wonderful and made even better by our host, Marta. Marta provided our group with excellent information about travel to her home prior to our trip and provided excellent recommendations during our trip. She truly welcomed us to her home as she met us and provided us with amenities which made our first impression of London a great one. She was also very responsive to any questions that we had during our trip. This is a charming home. We had easy walks to 2 tube stations. Our host, Marta, was readily available to answer any questions we had. She gave us great recommendations for restaurants. There are several groceries nearby. The walk to Stamford Bridge was 15 minutes so we enjoyed 2 matches there. Again, this was a great stay in a great place.

Marta was a terrific host. The communication was fantastic and she helped us out in the last minute with her rental! She had great suggestions for cafés to eat in. There were three tube locations which we used to one was eight minutes away. One was 10 minutes. It was great walk and easy to get around. Check out with simple thank you Marta!

What a wonderful property! It was beautifully furnished with everything my family of four needed for a 5-night stay in London. The outdoor seating area was a much welcome bonus as was the gourmet coffee/espresso machine. Lots of restaurants and grocery stores within easy walking distance, and 2 tube stations very nearby to get you anywhere you need to go in the greater London area. The host was very attentive and ensured we had everything we needed. Check in and out process was very easy. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting London and would definitely return should we come back!

We had a great stay in this home. Lots of dining options, groceries, cafes and two tube stations close by. The home was warm and inviting and pet friendly. Fully stocked kitchen. We were able to cook many dinners over our 2 week stay. Marta was thoughtful to get a few basic groceries to welcome us. She was always quick to respond. Loved having the washer and dryer. Something to keep in mind is this is someone’s home.. not just a rental property. Marta thank you for trusting us with your home.

Carolyn with her lovely family and lov3ly pet dog. She was very responsive with communications sorting the last booking payment the morning of the checking date. On the first part of her 2 week stay, she added an additional guest which was not included in the booking, which once the family had arrived needed to be accomodated for. Upon check out, heavy furniture in the living room had been re arranged which required re setting to original position. While hosts absolutely understand the need for comfort on longer stays, we appreciate if furniture is left in the same position it was left before check in. It is also important to book for the correct number of people to ensure everyone can be accomodated and there is a fair use of the premises.

Communication with host was incredible. So helpful with extra information and very kind….like we had a friend in london. the house was good, lots of pillows and towels, fan in the bedroom, outdoor space, lovely windows. Other reviews mention the stairs and the fact that it’s someone else’s house. certainly, luggage was inconvenient with the stairs. But we got used to them for everyday life. There are other peoples things in part of the closets and the kitchen. If I am honest we probably prefer a more sparse rental, but it was fine. the support and kindness of the immediately responsive host made for a great time.

Large, clean, and inviting apartment in a convenient location. Plenty of room for our family of 5 across the 3 floors. Great outdoor deck space for breakfast in the morning (there's a great coffee spot around the corner called Blanco) or a drink in the evening. Small but sufficient kitchen. AC would have been nice, or at least more fans in the bedrooms. Showers were not great, perhaps compared to our American expectations. Bathroom downstairs is cramped. The apartment is close to the Tube and very easy to get around, but not the most charming neighborhood for a family stroll at night.
