Very nice place, as advertised. Well worth the money, very convenient location easy to get in and out. Quiet, clean, no problems with noisy neighbors. Monika, the property contact is perfectly nice and knowledgeable. Overall it was a great experience that we would definitely stay there again.
Monica was lovely and helpful. Apartment was spacious and bright. We weren’t able to access the back lawn which was a bit of a disappointment but overall a great experience!

This is a perfect property for a family or adult vacation. It is situated in a nice neighborhood that is a short walk to 2 tube stations with bus service at the top of the strret. There are many restaurants and pubs nearby and the apartment has all the conveniences necessary. The hosts were very responsive and accomodating. We would highly recomend.
Perfect Location, Great Space and a Garden to boot!
With a short walk to the Gloucester Road Tube station, this apartment provided the perfect launch pad for a fun London vacation. The space was perfect, and the patio and garden make for a great bonus. I also want to thank Alex and Monika for taking great care of us!
Very convenient for restaurants, shops, museums and tube stations. Well equipped kitchen for cooking. Although on lower level, glass doors onto outside patio/dining brought light and sunshine into kitchen and living area. Comfortable mattress and bedding. Good storage space in bedrooms.Manager, Monika, very helpful and responded quickly to any questions. Would rent again if returning to London.
Very nice apartment with a good access to London attractions
Apartment is in a nice surrounding (Kensington) and has everything you need including kitchen facilities, a nice living room and a second bathroom with a toilet.
Located only a few minutes footwalk away from subway station Gloucester Road to commute easily in the city.
Would immediately book it again!
This is as advertised, a nicely appointed apartment in a perfect location. We were very comfortable and had all the amenities, full kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a very nice patio. The beds were very comfortable and the apartment was exceptionally clean.
The property was very clean but a little dated. The ckeck in process was very easy and monica was always available for support. the only drawback was construction next store. Would recommend highly
The title ‘Splendid Apartment in the Heart of London” is as advertised. The location served as the ideal central location for our family of 3’s week long vacation visiting London and taking in the sites.
Very close walking distance to the Gloucester line of the Underground for easy access throughout London. We would spend each day out and about in the city, but the apartment was a nice home base to return to each day.
The apartment is well decorated and well-kept. It has everything you could need for your time on the go exploring London.
Chelsey is filled with restaurants, cafés and bistrots offering every type of food you could want. Pick your favourite, and before long you start to feel like a local.
The bed is comfortable and the sheets are good quality, crisply ironed. Management was very attentive.
The only thing that made it less than perfect was the lack of light in the suite. We had to keep the lights on at all times.
The only issue we had was with the toilet in the half bath. It did not flush properly. The sink in that bath is incredibly small so it really didn't help us to have the extra half bath as it wasn't usable.

Thank you for your review we are sorry experienced difficulties with flashing the toilet. Should you have pointed ut to us earlier we would have addressed the fault for you immediately as it is our aim avoid you any unpleasant experiences during your stay.
As for the cloak room bathroom will definitely take up your useful suggestion to provide a slight larger basin
This is basement apartment with access to a sweet little patio. In addition you can access a larger communal garden area. There are several fine restaurants near the apartment along with two pubs that serve good food. Tube stops are a reasonable walk away.

La casa está muy bien situada para moverse a cualquier sitio y tiene de todo lo que pueda necesitar
Además está en un entorno precioso y tranquilo tiene un jardín muy bonito privado y una terraza que si hace bueno es ideal
Lo único es que hay que cambiar los colchones
Y las vecinas del 5 son muy ruidosas, sobretodo de madrugada
Quiet, quaint and convenient, the property was a great “home base” for our first ever trip to London. I would recommend the property for one or two couples, and the proximity to the Tube and nearby great restaurants is fabulous.
Well kept and appointed two bedroom with beautiful lower ground back patio adjacent to beautifully manicured shared private gardens. Can't wait to return
