Splendid, light and spacious apartment between Fulham and Kings Rd Chelsea.

A beautiful and spacious 3rd floor apartment with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with hand basin ,shower and toilet, plus another shower room, toilet and hand basin.
A large ,light reception room, with dining table, plus a lovely eat in modern kitchen.Good WIFI
Located in a traditional London mansion block, serviced by a lift.

The apartment has been recently refitted with the luxuries of a modern home. With all modern amenities this is somewhere where you can find rest and relaxation within the hustle and bustle of London. The flat is on the 3rd floor with a lift in the building.

IT IS SO IMPORTANT FOR BOTH ME AND THE GUEST TO FEEL HAPPY ABOUT THE CONTRACT WE ARE BOTH ENTERING INTO.
I CAN ALSO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS THAT YOU MAY HAVE.
I AM AFRAID, IN THIS DAY AND AGE, SADLY, THERE ARE PEOPLE OUT THERE WHO RUN SCAMS. I HAVE HAD, SUPPOSED GUESTS, REQUESTING BOOKINGS,ARRIVING IN MY FLAT AND RELETTING IT!
IT IS UNBELIEVABLE BUT IT HAS HAPPENED LAST YEAR. SEVERAL YOUNG PEOPLE LOST A LOT OF MONEY
ALSO IT IS SO IMPORTANT THAT YOU ARE TOTALLY HAPPY ABOUT WHERE YOU ARE COMING TO.
COMMUNICATION IS SO IMPORTANT.

WE DO NOT TAKE BOOKINGS ANY MORE ON SUNDAYS AS I FIND IT DIFFICULT TO ARRANGE FOR SOMEONE TO MEET YOU WITH THE KEY.



Whilst the flat is set up for a 7 night stay it is possible to rent from 5 nights but at the same rate.

PLEASE PLEASE , WHILST I DONT ASK FOR A DEPOSIT if the carpets get stained or anything gets broken I would so appreciate being told. Rather than have people walking into a flat with stained carpets or broken bins

Chelsea Base Camp

The property is roomy and has all comforts you need. Located near Kings Road and many restaurants and shopping but a 10-15min walk to multiple tube stations. The lift was out of order for our visit which made carrying luggage 5 flights of stairs a challenge. Host was in constant contact and checking in was a breeze.

Great place to stay for a London visit

Clean, efficient, cozy, flat in a quiet safe neighborhood. Great access to public transportation - 10 minute walk to the Gloucester underground station and block or so to the bus line. Plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. Owner is very pleasant and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again.

Great family stay for 5 days in London

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this apartment and it was wonderful to have so much room. We really appreciated having a lounge area and two bedrooms - one with two single beds for our teenage children. The main bathroom was spacious and we tended to all use this as the other shower was a little small. Perfect location and we would stay here again.

Great Flat!!!

We made our first visit to London and couldn’t have been happier with this flat and the owner. It is very centrally located with great access to the tube and bus routes. A short walk to several grocery stores, bakeries and restaurants. Jude was an excellent host and very gracious. This flat was perfect for our family of four with ample space for our family. It was very clean and everything was exactly as it is advertised. Thank you Jude for sharing your flat with us and we will definitely book it again on our next trip London.

Great Location

Very comfortable Flat with plenty of sleeping and grooming quarters. Close to shopping restaurants and transport, Bus and Underground. Good communication, overall a very nice place to stay, we enjoyed our stay very much. Finally, we were pleased to find a drip coffee maker.

Family trip to London

Wonderful Flat

Very nice flat and great location. Check in was super easy. Flat has a lot of room and a full kitchen. Everything you will need for you stay in London. Neighborhood was nice and felt very safe.

Chelsea property review

We really enjoyed our stay at this VRBO. This flat was very clean and with 2 bed/2 baths it was perfect for 4 adults. The location was great - 5 minutes to the bus stop and 15 minutes to the tube. This place had Wi-Fi but it wasn't available in the master bedroom.

What a excellent place for a group of four to stay in a great area of London! 3 minute walk to the bus stop and 10-15 minutes to the underground. The place was very neat, organized, and secure. Would highly recommend!

Family vacation

I stayed at Jude’s lovely Chelsea flat with my two adult children. It was everything we hoped for and more. The decor is charming and makes one feel at home. Comfortable beds were welcome after long days of sightseeing. The location was wonderful with several good cafes and shops nearby. I would wholeheartedly recommend this flat to anyone looking for a home away from home in Chelsea.

Home away from home.

Our stay at Elm Park Gardens was just what we needed. We had been traveling for several weeks and had stayed in a variety of accommodations. Most of which we were happy to leave. Wonderful apartment

This is the second time we’ve stayed at Jude’s apartment. We are a family of four and we love it. It’s spacious, light, warm and welcoming. The location is wonderful with regular bus service to the nearby tube, museums and other attractions. On this visit we also enjoyed walking and shopping in the Kings Rd and exploring Battersea Park. Comfort in Chelsea

Jude and her team made our trip as smooth as it could possibly be from the time of our inquiry to the day we left. Even when our flight was cancelled, new arrangements were made to meet us the next day. The apartment itself is exactly as described, bright, cheery and more than comfortable for the three of us. The location is ideal --- close to the subway, restaurants and shops. All three of us would highly recommend this apartment and are looking forward to renting it again!

Lovely Flat; Far from City Center

Although the flat is clean and comfortable, and Chelsea a delightful neighborhood, the flat's location is far from the city center and iconic experiences. Once we mastered the bus and tube routes, we were fine. Before that, taxi rides were expensive.Overall, however, we enjoyed our stay.

Spacious and well appointed

The 2 bedroom 2 bathroom flat was nice and roomy for a 6 night stay for myself and my husband. The was lots of closet and drawer space to accommodate our month long trip in Europe. The extra bedroom gave us space to use as an exercise space for our yoga mat. The kitchen and living room tables gave us each a space to spread out for working and eating. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to prepare a nice breakfast in the flat and even an occasional lunch. The location by multiple tube stops, proximity to food shops and restaurants and quiet rooms for sleeping rounded out a perfect flat for our stay. Cleanliness earned the flat extra stars from us as well.

London Coronation

Lovely flat in a great location just between two major streets (Fulham & King). Carol met us and was extremely helpful with any questions I had throughout our trip Very Quick Response Time. There was a lot to navigate with the Coronation and it was nice to have a local to ask. The flat was a lot more spacious than I thought it would be. Washer and Dryer were very handy and easy to use. The lift is small but runs well. Lots of food options near by. Thanks for the recommendations Jude, Phat Phoc was such a cool experience and great food. I would highly recommend this flat and Jude’s personal touch is greatly appreciated.

We (Theo & Jude) are a married couple who live in the Hampshire countryside just an hour south west of London.
We have an icecream company called Judes, based in Twyford near Winchester.
Whilst my husband and I still are slightly involved with the company, we now oversee the Buisness.

The day to day running is now left to two of our sons and a very good friend of theirs.
We have 4 children

. Two who work for Jude’s, living in Hampshire , one in Birmingham and one in Edinburgh.

Suddenly we find ourselves with 10 grandchildren . All under 10 years old so lots to be done.!!! We love it but tiring, BUT always able to hand back!

We love spending our time between the beauty of the Hampshire countryside and the excitement of London.
A dear neighbour, Carole, usually meets you. We do not accept Sunday bookings.

Why they chose this property

We purchased this apartment in 2009 from a close relative, who bought the flat in 1952.

This apartment holds many happy memories for us as a family. Elm Park gardens is such a wonderful locations. Within 5 minutes you are able to access restaurants, shops, buses, all take you to the sights of London
The flat is very light and airy with views over residential gardens.
I feel totally safe travelling in the area, whether by foot, bus or tube. Personally I walk everywhere or go by bus.

What makes this property unique

Located in a traditional London mansion block, the apartment has many of the unique Victorian features with high ceilings and light rooms. This is combined with a modern feel to create a beautiful and relaxing open space.

The apartment is perfectly located for visiting the museums, shops, restaurants and bars of Kensington and Chelsea and is a great base for exploring the gems of London.

We are a short bus journey, or 15 minute walk from our wonderful Natural History Museum, Science Museum, V and A museum. Harrods.

The V and A has the most wonderful Sculpture room, Tapestry Room and a wealth of exhibits.

We are 20 minutes walk to:
The Proms, at the Royal Albert Hall. Which happen in the summer.
Chelsea Flower Show in May.


Wimbledon Tennis ( June) is shown live on a big screen at the Bluebird Cafe, 5 minutes walk away.

There is a list of favoured restaurants in the flat. One of my guests, recently discovered FRANTOIO on the Kings Rd, 397 KINGS ROAD 02073524146 an Italian Restaurant that is a long standing customer selling JUDES ICECREAM.

The most wonderful street dining on the Kings rd called Phat Phuc noodle bar.

If you wish to visit the Hampshire Country side a girlfriend , who is an artist,has just renovated the most beautiful barn in a pretty village called Alresford, near Winchester. A city that is full of history, the oldest capital of England.
