Spacious garden flat, 2 bedroom, large sitting room with kitchen. All new furniture, King (200 x150cm) and double (190 x 135cm) beds, large new sofa with kitchen ready to cook in.

Kitchen has all the appliances - stove, oven, microwave, fridge/ freezer and dishwasher. We have basic cook items to share and there are some well stocked grocery stores nearby!

I have WiFi and smart TV that allows for watching Netflix, BBC iPlayer etc.

Private garden in the back with deck chair and tables, quiet oasis in the middle of the city. The flat is 800m from Warwick avenue tube stop, as well there are a few buses right outside the front door that can take you to Paddington or Oxford street in 10-15minutes.

There is a new washing machine in the flat, and a new tumble dryer. Flat has many towels/ wash clothes, full with toiletries, soaps, shampoo etc..

Happy to host families, have play pens for children and toys to share.

Fabulous stay in Maida Vale

Really nice stay at Cindy's place. The flat was perfect and easily accessible to the Tube and buses. We had everything we needed in the flat and Cindy's instructions were very clear. I'd love to stay there again!

Wonderful Short Stay

We had such a lovely stay at this VRBO in Paddington/Little Venice. It is a perfect spot for 3 or 4 people and was very comfortable for our small group. Only regret is that I wish we had more time to enjoy the lovely courtyard. This place we very conveniently located to all of central london.

Perfect spot with easy walk to tube

If you are looking for that perfect spot to stay, that’s in London, but not in the middle of the busy, this is it. Super clean and quiet. Lots of little neighborhood stores and a great breakfast place near buy. This was a perfect spot for me and my family.

We enjoyed your property but we had some difficulties logging on to the WIFI, opening the front door and one of the back doors. A booklet with more directions and restaurants and grocery stores would have been helpful. We would come back, though. The flat was very comfortable.

Absolutely Lovely Flat Near Little Venice

We stayed at the flat for 10 days and loved it. It has a great location near restaurants, coffee shops and transit in a quiet neighborhood. The flat is immaculately clean, well maintained and comfortable. The kitchen is well furnished. It has a wonderful terrace at the back with afternoon sunshine. The owner responded immediately to texts. We will definitely stay here again

We really enjoyed our stay, everything was perfect. The flat was very clean, spacious, quiet, had great amenities and I loved the neighborhood. It was very easy to go anywhere either by bus, Uber or a short walk to the tube. Cindy was very helpful with whatever we needed. There was a boat show in Little Venice during our stay and we loved it. I do recommend taking the boat tour to Camden market, it was a beautiful ride. I also recommend Prince Albert if you are looking for some great fish and chips.

Perfect home base for visiting London

The unit itself was perfect for our needs, and Cindy was always very responsive when we had questions. The location is great for exploring London and surrounding areas. A bus route out front, a 10 minute walk to the underground, and a slightly longer 15-20 minute walk to Paddington station. We never minded walking as the neighborhood of Little Venice is charming and feels very safe. The little grocery on the corner is very convenient and we loved finding several little coffee shops nearby during our stay. Would absolutely stay here again, and will be recommending to others!

This is a super cute flat! Cindy was very responsive and so helpful! Neighborhood was charming and quiet. It was a great find!!! One of the highlights was spending evenings in the back garden area while discussing our daily adventures! Would definitely recommend if traveling to the London area!

Great Home Base

This flat served as a great home base for our family for 4 days of exploring London. It was clean with adequate space for spreading out after long days sightseeing. Two Underground stations within a 10 minute walk and numerous bus options made this a good place to stay. Cindy was attentive to questions prior to booking and upon arrival.

Charming Flat in Little Venice Made Our Stay Extra Special

My daughter and I were fortunate to find this lovely flat to stay in while visiting London. It was perfect for us! It has an elevated and relaxed vibe that my 22-year old daughter coveted. We each had our own well-appointed bedroom and enjoyed sharing the common living space of combined living and dining room. We loved that it had a protected garden terrace as it was sunny and relatively warm for the whole time we were there in early March! It's conveniently located between 2 Metro stops and we chose to walk to the Maida Vale one every day to get a flavor of the neighborhood and go by food shops and restaurants. Cindy couldn't have been kinder and more accommodating. She keeps the flat well stocked with amenities, which is appreciated.The neighborhood is very safe and quiet. Would love to stay here again!

Why they chose this property

My flat is an oasis in busy London. It was refurbished 18months ago, is nicely decorated, new linens, kitchen supplies, furniture. There is everything you need to have a great stay.

What makes this property unique

The private garden is an extra bonus. Very peaceful, great sunlight (when the weather agrees), lots of chairs to relax, take a break.

Bedrooms are also at the back of the property, so super quiet at night, very peaceful to sleep!
