The main bathroom door did not close properly as the lock was jammed and the toilet didn't flush from our arrival until we left. We contacted the VRBO number and the owner arrived the following day but left saying he couldn't fix it and it would need a plumber. he said he would arrange that for the next day eg Monday as we arrived Saturday but despite us chasing during the week, the plumber never arrived. The downstairs toilet door was also jammed and wouldn't close. There was what appeared to be damp in the hall and main bedroom and the pool leaked overnight (we had the pool guy out twice to refill it) Very poor service and it felt like we were being ignored or at best fobbed off with vague promises of a plumber. To keep the main bathroom door shut we had to place a suitcase inside the bathroom when in use. I am amazed the cleaners didn't report the non flushing toilet between guest stays which makes me wonder how and if they cleaned the toilet. if they did report it to the owner he shouldn't be allowed to rent a property with a non flushing toilet.
