Brief overnight stay for 50th birthday party

Property perfectly nice (I wouldn’t describe it as luxury) and well placed for our needs. Rickety coffee table in lounge and the fridge and drainer in the kitchen were not very clean but the rest was fine. Good communications from host and clear instructions. Comfortable bed. Parking extremely tight so parked on the road.
