Absolutely cozy Sweden cottage in great location

We had a wonderful week at the house. The view of the "Schärengarten" from the roof terrace was fantastic. Markus is a great host with an incredible amount of information and tips. The location is very good - also for day trips to Stockholm.

Wonderful stay in a cozy cottage with a fantastic view of the sea!

We spent a wonderful time in this cozy, little cottage. The house was equipped with everything for our daily needs. We especially loved spending time on the roof terrace with this amazing view of the sea and the surroundings. Markus and Esther are lovely hosts. Markus gave us lot of useful tips for activities in the area which we really appreciated.

Das Haus ist sehr gut geplant und gebaut und bietet viel Komfort. Es ist sehr modern, dennoch urgemütlich und perfekt für zwei Erwachsene. Die bisherigen positiven Bewertungen muss man nicht wiederholen, sie sind absolut zutreffend. Ja, es steht nicht unendlich viel Platz zur Verfügung, aber es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Auch wenn man sich etwas Ordentliches kochen möchte, wird man nicht enttäuscht. Es gibt einen modernen Herd mit Backofen!Im Erdgeschoss des Hauses findet man ein Wohnzimmer mit Küchenzeile sowie das geräumige Bad mit dem Waschtrockner. Über eine kleine Treppe gelangt man ins OG, wo sich ein großes Schlafzimmer mit Queensize-Bett und ein kleines Schlafzimmer mit einem ca. 90 cm breiten Einzelbett befinden.

Alles im allem ein schöner und entspannter Urlaub. Etwas hakeliger Start, da der Müll/ Zigaretten Kippen vom Vormieter nicht entsorgt wurden. Dies wurde aber von Markus direkt erledigt. Die Lage mit Blick auf die Schären ist super. Die Terassen laden zum verweilen ein und der Jacuzzi war ein willkommener Ort um nach den Golfrunden zu entspannen. Leider fehlte die Dachterasse, die für uns ein Grund war dieses Häuschen zu mieten. Markus kümmert sich toll um seine Gäste und hat viele sehr gute Tipps für Unternehmungen.

Ein wunderbarer Urlaub!Der Blick auf das Meer ist wunderschön. Es gibt viele Schiffe zu sehen.Stockholm ist nicht weit und guter Ausgangspunkt für viele schöne Ausflugsziele. Der Vermieter hat dazu sehr viele gute Tipps gegeben. Zum kleinen Strand sind es etwa 10 Minuten. Es gibt vor und hinter dem Haus schöne Sonnenterrassen.

Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir konnten vielseitige Ausflüge z. B. nach Stockholm, nach Uppsala oder nach Vaxholm unternehmen. Die Fähren lassen sich wunderbar beobachten. Sie ist wie beschrieben ausgestattet. Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen ist die fehlende Dachterrasse, die scheinbar aufgrund einer Dacherneuerung abmontiert wurde. Schade... Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub hier, uns hat nur ein Boot gefehlt. Wunderschöne Lage an den Schären, da hätte wir einiges erkunden können. Das Haus ist eher für zwei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder gedacht. Wir waren vier Erwachsene, geht auch wenn zwei im Wohnzimmer auf der Couch schlafen. Tolle Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, sehr hilfsbereit und immer gute Tips. Wir würden gerne irgendwann mal wieder kommen!

Séjour en famille reposant et agréable

Nous avons passé 3 nuits dans la maison pour profiter de l’archipel. Nous n’avons pas rencontré Markus mais avons échangé par téléphone. Il nous a donné toutes les informations nécessaires et s’est montré très à l’écoute. Le séjour a été très agréable. La maison est bien équipée, propre et parfaitement fonctionnelle.

Schönes Haus in perfekter Umgebung

Wir haben dort drei Wochen verbracht und wir waren rundherum zufrieden. Esther und Markus waren sehr freundliche Gastgeber und sie haben uns mit vielen nützlichen Tipps für Ausflüge in die unmittelbare Umgebung versorgt. Wunderbares Haus in den Schären

Wir haben als Familie eine wunderbare Woche in dem modernen und gut eingerichteten Ferienhaus mit Blick über die Schären verbracht. Die Tipps von Esther waren sehr hilfreich, wir haben viel gesehen sowohl im schönen Stockholm als auch in der traumhaften Umgebung. Wir haben mehrere Ausflüge mit dem Zug von Åkersberga nach Stockholm unternommen. Für Ausflüge in die Umgebung war unser Mietwagen von Vorteil. Der Blick von der Dachterrasse ist traumhaft und der Whirlpool ein echtes Highlight. Uns hat besonders gut die Ruhe und die Lage des Hauses in der Natur sehr gut gefallen. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen.

Wundervolle Tage in Schweden

Wir durften fünf tolle Tage in Schweden verbringen. Die Unterkunft hat unsere Ferien perfekt gemacht. Es war alles vorhanden was man braucht und zudem sehr sauber. Die tolle Lage mit direktem Blick aufs Meer war unbeschreiblich. Der Gastgeber Markus was sehr freundlich und war bei Problemen sofort zur Stelle.

Cooles kleines Häuschen in schöner Umgebung

Uns hat der 1 wöchige Urlaub super gut gefallen. Das Haus ist prima eingerichtet mit ausreichend Platz zum Schlafen und wohnen. Wir waren viel unterwegs und mehrere Tage in Stockholm, was gut mit dem Zug von Akersberga erreichbar war. Schönes Haus mit toller Aussicht

Sehr schönes Haus mit toller Aussicht auf die Schären. Netter Kontakt mit dem Besitzer. Es hat uns sehr gefallen. Einziger Minuspunkt. : Der Satz in der Beschreibung „die Ferienhütte bietet ein Kayak“ verstehe ich so, dass ein Kayak zum Haus gehört und nicht das man eines vergünstigt mieten kann.
