The floor at street level has air conditioning, and consists of a large living-dining room with spectacular views over the sea and direct access to the terrace and the swimming pool. There is a large fully-equipped kitchen and a guest w.c. On the same floor there are two double rooms with en-suite shower room, a bedroom with shared shower room and an en-suite double bedroom. Four of the bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning.
