- Very bright 110m2 apartment with 3 double rooms, large sunny private terrace, fully equipped modern kitchen, and 2 bathrooms. Decorated with excellent taste, pastel-colored paintings, and hand-made sculptures
- Housing complex with a beautiful 1500m2 garden, a 150m2 swimming pool, lift to the apartment, and a 24h caretaker
- It is located in the fabulous beach-side resort of S’agaró, very close to magnificent coves (150m), a wide sandy beach (500m). Close to town centers of Sant Feliu de Guíxols and Platja d’Aro.
-Driving distance to charming cities like Barcelona (1h10) and Girona (30min)

- Bed linen and towels are optional (15€/person)

Fantastic Spot

We have greatly enjoyed our time at Margarita’s place. The view from the terrace is unbeatable and was thoroughly enjoyed with every meal. We were lucky enough to even catch fireworks during one of the local festivals. The place is clean and spacious. The main sand beach is a 10 min walk away and there are even closer rocky swim spots for more adventurous folks. Cami de Ronda is literally 5 steps from the apartment. The salt water pool was amazing. Overall, we were very pleased with the whole experience.

Ruim appartement met een heerlijk groot terras met uitzicht op het strand van Sant Pol. 3 mooie ruime slaapkamers met heerlijke bedden en voldoende kast ruimte. De twee badkamers zijn gedateerd maar voldoen prima. Keuken is vrij nieuw en van alle gemakken voorzien.

VIVA L 'ESPANA A PLATJA ST POL

Appartement propre et agreable. La vue de la terrasse est splendide. Les lits sont confortables. La cuisine refaite recemment est petite mais bien equipee. L'accueil et les explications sont parfaits. La residence est agreable, verdoyante, bien entretenue et la piscine est grande. Il y a des transats a volonte. Par contre, toute la piscine et ses contours sont en plein soleil jusqu'a 15 h sans parasol. La plage est a 10 mn a pied, tres accessible. Il y a des restaurants et des commerces a proximite. La residence a un parking souterrain bien utile avec une petite place pour l'appartement. Attention : les grosses voitures ne s'y garent pas !Quelques points d'amelioration :Les salles de bain datent des annees 80. Il n' y a pas de douche, il faut grimper dans la baignoire.Il n'y a pas d'air conditionne. Des ventilateurs apportent un peu d'air frais mais l'appartement recevant le soleil de l'apres midi et du soir, c'est un peu juste en cas de fortes chaleurs.Enfin, il manque quelques indispensables dans la cuisine : un econome, un verrre doseur, des plats pour le four.....Mais la vue, l'emplacement l'emportent sur ces petits defauts. De bonnes vacances garanties !

Great apartment near lovely beach

Very clean and well located apartment on a 10min walk from the very lovely Sant Pol beach. The flat has a great view on the beach and due to its location within the overall building complex it is always nice and cool inside the apartment (as it never is fully in the sun). The flat has all the amenities you need (including a Nespresso machine!) and the shared pool is very nice. Check-in was super easy and convenient, and communication with the landlord was facilitated through WhatsApp and they were always available to answer any questions we had. Overall, a great apartment with very friendly and helpful owners

Well-equipped apartment, great location, nice landlord

We have spent a really great week there, the apartment has everything you need (beyond great location and views) and the landlord is really nice and has been in regular touch to check if everything was ok. Highly recommended, we will indeed repeat!
