Only one block from the bay and a short 4 block walk to the beach. Traditional Ecuadorian home with 3 bedrooms and a private large master suite located on the upper level of the house. Beautiful terrace area that provides for a spectacular view. a place to relax in a hammock or to have friends over for a get together. Living and dining area combined with an open kitchen area. Kitchen includes refrigerator, stove and basic appliances. Air conditioning and fans in each room. All bathrooms have hot water. There are also 2 garages that can accommodate up to 3 cars depending on the size of the vehicles. 1 block from a big pharmacy and 2 blocks from large supermarket. 3 minutes by car to main Malecon, that provides restaurants and bars.
