The Barco penthouse is located on the third floor of a building with an
elevator on Calle Mayor, a charming little pedestrian street. It is a
very quiet street full of personal brand stores and bars with the aroma
of artisanal coffee.

The beach is a 3-minute walk away, and all shops and supermarkets are
within walking distance of the apartment. Sitges train station and bus
stop are less than 10 minutes walk away.

The apartment has 1 double bedroom with a double bed, a separate space
with a screen with a double bed, 1 bathroom and a living room with
access to the private terrace.
The room has large spaces to store your belongings.

The kitchen is American-style, equipped with everything necessary to
prepare any meal.
There is also a table with chairs in a separate area of the living
room, which acts as an indoor dining room.

The living room has a sofa, flat screen TV and hot/cold air
conditioning.
From there we have access to the terrace with partial views of the sea
and Calle Mayor. Equipped for sunbathing, having breakfast watching
people walk along Calle Mayor, or enjoying a candlelit dinner .

The Barco apartment is located on the same floor as the VELERO
apartment. There are 2 penthouses that can be booked at the same time

* For check-ins after 9:00 p.m., there is a small supplement of €30
* For check -ins after midnight, there is a supplement of €50

* Departure time is 11 am
* Remember to turn off the AC before your departure.
* Upon departure, the keys must be left on a table or visible place,
never in the lock.
