Nous sommes arrivés et l hote n avait pas notre réservation et n a pas été payé, il a eu pitié de nous et nous a trouvé un logement qui ne correspondait pas à notre réservation, au bout de 4 jours, n étant toujours pas réglé , nous avons dû le payer , et a ce jour malgré mes réclamations, je n ai toujours pas été remboursée, un manque de sérieux Abritel et belvilla, j espère que je vais être remboursé et ne pas avoir besoin de passer par une aide aux consommateurs
