A really pretty apartment for 2 with a sunny private terrace for wining and dining, or just sunning oneself. Easy access to a garden with birdsong, pool and lovely walks. This venue has been renovated to a high standard and is part of a very old stone farmhouse. There are 5 other apartments all with private terraces and views. The charming town of Ceret is less than 5 mins from the house and the Spanish border and the Mediterranean less than half an hour away.

It has the charm of old stone blended with modern facilities. It is situated in a very beautiful valley with a babbling brook nearby, and the charming old town of Ceret just a short distance away. The Mediterranean coast and Spain are within a half hour's drive.
It is a perfect venue for exploring a region of France steeped in history. Wonderful wine, too!

What makes this property unique

Undoubtedly the charm of the surroundings. The house is unique and has a long history, including having been home to a religious community in the far distant past. The walks from the house are amazing as is the prolific birdsong.
