Le Casasse OLIVO—a large country house surrounded by olive trees with a view of the sea

The OLIVO apartment is located on the ground floor of the "Le Casasse" house in Montegrazie, eight kilometres from the sea in the hinterland of the city of Imperia.

After a short drive from the coast up the hill, you’ll be rewarded with a breathtaking view of the valley, the sea, and the village of Montegrazie.
The house also boasts a beautiful, priceless view of the Montegrazie Sanctuary, built in 1450, as it is situated directly across from it.

The house is situated on a sunny slope with an open, unobstructed view, surrounded by a well-maintained garden and a large olive grove.

The spacious private parking area below the house provides direct access to the property. Please note that vehicles must not be wider than 2.20 metres.

The OLIVO apartment sleeps six and can be booked together with the LAVANDA apartment on the upper floor, which sleeps an additional four; an ideal solution for large families and groups of friends, accommodating up to ten people in total.

The spacious outdoor garden features a barbecue, ping-pong table, swing, foosball table, and large private areas with patio furniture and umbrellas where guests can enjoy complete privacy.

A security deposit of 150 euros in cash is required upon arrival.
