Lonely located holiday home with great views of the Nordfjord. Final cleaning included in the price. The holiday home was modernized until the start of the season in 2022 and has a wood burning stove in the living room. TV via Telenor and fiber, Norwegian and Nordic TV channels. Internet for streaming. 4 bedrooms, two with double bed and two with 2 single beds in each room. Outside the holiday home there is a terrace with outdoor fireplace, fire pit, a large garden, and great views of the Nordfjord. Nearest neighbor 50 m from the holiday home. 5.5 km to the nearest grocery store, in Innvik. Short way to famous nature experiences such as Briksdalsbreen, Strynefjellet and Geiranger. Loen Skylift with commuter train from fjord to mountain in 5 minutes and Hoven view restaurant 1100 masl. Via Ferrata / airy suspension bridge 750 masl., in Loen. Winter sports: 22 km to Utvikfjellet with groomed cross-country ski trail, light trail, and alpine slopes. Two ski lifts with several slopes and 2 children's ski lifts. 33 km to Stryn winter ski center with 3 ski lifts and a ski lift, 8 groomed slopes, 20 km groomed. Easy filleting place for fish close to the mooring. Boat for rent: 1x 15 feet, Silver Viking with 4 HP Tohatsu.
