Simple apartment just 150 meters from the quiet and beautiful beach of Llafranc, one of the most beautiful on the Costa Brava! close to restaurants, cafes and shops. Maximum capacity for 7 people. Ideal to enjoy a relaxing family vacation on the Costa Brava! Apartment located on the ground floor with a terrace, table and chairs to enjoy breakfast and lunch. Dining room, tv and direct access to the terrace. Simple kitchen equipped with all utensils included: cutlery, pans, fridge, freezer, electric hob and oven, microwave, It has 1 triple room with double bed and one single, 2 rooms with two single beds each and 1 bathrooms with shower and 1 toilet.

Pets not allowed.

Apartment for families only, reservations of young people under 35 years of age are not allowed.

This apartment is located in Llafranc, one of the most beautiful towns on the Costa Brava that stands out for its beautiful beach with clear and crystalline water, its pine-covered promenade and its nautical port

Por el estado del piso, el precio tendría que ser la mitad.

Esperábamos sencillez, pero nos encontramos mucha falta de limpieza y de mantenimiento. Por el estado del piso, el precio tendría que ser la mitad. El anuncio dice que tiene terraza y es la entrada a la casa, en ubicación de sótano. La 1a semana de agosto y ni tan solo un ventilador. Lo único bueno, la situación en el municipio.

APPARTEMENT SOUPLEX

Appartement en souplex, humide, froid et très sombre. Quasiment pas de fenêtre. Confort strict minimum, mobilier vétuste, vaisselle sale malgré le ménage imposé (75€). Salle de bains sans évacuation des buées, rideau de l'unique douche trop petit, vétuste et sale, qui ne permet pas de se doucher sans mettre de l'eau partout. Lave linge cassé, buanderie très sale. Malgré cela bon emplacement proche à pieds de toutes les commodités.
