Beautiful location by the sea for groups up to 10 people

You will stay with your family, friends or team in our completely renovated city villa, located in the charming old center of Zandvoort.

Just a 2-minute walk from the sea, the dunes and the train station, the villa offers the perfect combination of convenience and tranquility. There is enough space for groups of up to 10 people. The 5 bedrooms are each equipped with 10 beds and a private bathroom. In addition, there are plenty of places to retreat or to do something together with a smaller group.

For those times when you want to get together, our two fully equipped kitchens provide the perfect place for joint cooking sessions and shared meals.

There are plenty of activities within walking distance. There is a lively Ibiza vibe in the beach pavilions, you can take a refreshing dip in the sea, go kite surfing, beachcombing, explore the area by bicycle or take relaxing walks along the coast.

This is the perfect location for your group outing.

A unique property on a wonderful street.

We went to Zandvoort expecting a beach experience. But the beach ended up being a minor part of the attraction. The house is comfortable, unique, convenient to wonderful restaurants and shops and a good jumping off spot for many Dutch attractions. We definitely recommend Fabienne’s amazing house..

Great alternative to staying in Amsterdam

This was a convenient and comfortable vacation location for our group of 6 adults; 5 minutes from the North Sea and a very different vibe than busy Amsterdam; but ~25 minutes door to door to Amsterdam by a convenient local train with frequent daily routes. The house is clean, tidy (double as a corporate retreat space). Fabienne was fab to deal wth. The street noises (it's a beach town main street) are worth noting in the evening but not a big deal; and good coffee and nearby eat and drink.

Alles hat hervorragend funktioniert. Wir sind herzlich eingeladen und betreut worden. Eine sehr schöne Immobilie mit viel Platz und Charme. Mitten im Geschehen und trotzdem in einer verkehrsberuhigten Zone nach 17 Uhr. Alles ist fussläufig erreichbar. Restaurants und Supermärkte sind sehr nah nutzbar. Herzlichen Dank!!!

Das Haus liegt mitten im Zentrum, sodass man alles in wenigen Minuten erreicht. Die Zimmer verfügen alle über ein eigenes Bad. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist ebenfalls sehr gut. Neben dem üblichen Küchengeschirr sind auch Öl, Salz, Pfeffer, etc.. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr gut.

Wir hatten ein tolles Wochenende und waren mit dem Haus sehr zufrieden. Das einzige, was man wissen sollte : auf der anderen Straßenseite wird gerne lange und laut gefeiert. Uns hat es weniger gestört, aber ältere Menschen oder Eltern mit kleinen Kindern,fühlen sich vielleicht gestört.

Danke Oliver für Ihre gute Bewertung. Manchmal an schönen Wochenenden sind die Terrassen auf den Straßenseiten unserer Villa gemütlich. Dann kann man dort tatsächlich fröhliche Geräusche von der Straße hören. Zum Glück sind die drei Zimmer auf der Rückseite des Hauses zu diesen Zeiten ruhig. Die Fenster an der Vorderseite werden wir diesen Herbst renovieren. Das ist wegen des Denkmalschutzes der Villa kompliziert. Aber das werden wir lösen. Ich freue mich, Sie wiederzusehen. Tolles Haus in wunderbarer Lage

Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Eine super Lage mitten in Zandvoort. Es ist alles in ein paar Gehminuten zu erreichen. Die Vermieterin ist eine sehr freundliche Frau und antwortet umgehend auf Fragen. Wir sind vollstens zufrieden.

Tolles Haus

Das Haus liegt in der Nähe des Strandes mit im Ort und hat alles was man benötigt. Gegenüber ist ein wunderbarer Käseladen, der Bäcker und der Supermarkt sind um die Ecke. Das Haus ist ideal und groß genug für 10 Personen.

Perfektes Ferienhaus in guter Lage
