The farmhouse is located in a particular panoramic position on the slopes of Monte Cetona. The farmhouse, in stone, probably an ancient fortified farm, has been completely renovated in recent months, with great respect for the pre-existing architecture and original materials. The pool is also placed in a breathtaking position over the valley.

Granaio sleeps 5 + 1 on the ground floor consisting of a living room - dining room with fireplace and kitchenette with oven, a double bedroom, a double bedroom with a third bed and the possibility of adding an additional single bed, two bathrooms with a shower one of which suitable for disabled. Cocciano sleeps 4 + 2 on the ground floor composed of a living room with fireplace and kitchenette, oven and access to an internal courtyard, on the first floor a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, a twin bedroom, a bathroom with shower. Loggia with 6 beds on the first floor composed of a living room - dining room with kitchenette with fireplace, oven and entrance to an external loggia with panoramic view, a double bedroom, a double bedroom with bathroom with shower; on the second floor there is a double bedroom with fireplace, a bathroom with shower. Arco sleeps 3 + 1 on the ground floor consisting of a living room - kitchen with fireplace, a double bedroom with a loft with two single beds, a bathroom with shower.

Prices include consumption of water, gas, electricity, final cleaning, linen for bedrooms and bathrooms (linen change is weekly).
Any consumption of air conditioning/heating is not included in the price and will be payable on the spot according to consumption.
Upon arrival, guests must hand over a security deposit of € 500.00, which will be returned to them at the end of their stay minus the cost of any damages incurred.
Pets € 25.00 per week. Crib € 30.00 per week. Extra bed € 80.00 per week.
