Well-located and well-maintained vacation home only about 350 meters from the Limfjord. The garden offers ample opportunity to enjoy your vacation in peace and quiet, as well as opportunities for play. The holiday home is bright and inviting and is practically furnished with a combined living room/kitchen. The living room has modern furniture, a radio, free high-speed internet, and a flat-screen TV with Danish TV channels, including TV2, and various international channels. The kitchen has a ceramic hob, extractor hood, separate oven with grill, built-in microwave/combi oven, refrigerator, and separate freezer with a capacity of 200 liters, coffee maker, and dishwasher. Bathroom with bathtub, shower, toilet, and underfloor heating. There is also a guest bathroom. The house also has a utility room with a washing machine, dryer, and separate freezer. There is a weekend bed and high chair for the little ones. The house has four bedrooms, three of which have double beds and one with a sofa bed for two people. The house is also energy efficient with a heat pump, thereby reducing consumption. The house has a large terrace facing the garden with good garden furniture, two sun loungers, and a gas grill, where you can enjoy dinner while the sun sets over the area. Not available for rental to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
