Emídio Navarro, this studio has easy access and privileged views over the prime area of the city, highlighting the panoramic view over the Mondego River, University of Coimbra, Botanical Garden, green park and Manuel Braga park and the easy access to all these spaces.

Just outside the studio, all the city's cultural and leisure spaces are easily accessible, such as the São Francisco convent, the Pavilhão Centro de Portugal, the various fado houses in Coimbra, Portugal dos Pequenitos, the World Heritage area UNESCO, including the University of Coimbra and the historic part of the city.
