ATTENTION - BOOKINGS FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY ONLY - In January 2016 the property underwent a renovation with expansion. All electrical, plumbing and flooring systems have been changed. The new kitchen has been expanded and the bathroom has been moved to another area of the house, creating a comfortable bathroom with a large shower. A bathroom with shower was made in the cottage. A new area for the external shower with hot water was created at the entrance. The property is located in the most panoramic point of Villasimius and has a private swimming pool with sea view, large private garden, porch with table and barbecue and breakfast corner on the golf course, where you can admire sunrise and sunset. The interiors are finely furnished and have every comfort. The villa has a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with a bunk bed, a bathroom and a beautiful fully equipped kitchen. Outside the main house just above the porch there is a small cottage with a double bed and a bathroom with shower.
From the villa you can walk in 10 minutes, to the beautiful Campulongu beach.

Beautiful villa and great views….perfect location …however, no hot water for 2 days., little info at check-in; never knew when property managers would show up; laundry got wet never told us that sprinklers go off at 3am…just better communication with written rules in all languages.

I would like to point out that the hot water outage lasted only 2 hours, not two days as stated above. The house rules are available on the booking website and are also sent to you at the time of booking. They are also handed out upon arrival and must be signed. They are in both Italian and English.

Breathtaking panorama

When entering the garden you see the incredible panorama over Capo Carbonara, the harbor and the beaches of Porto Giunco (a strip of wonderful, fine-grained sand between lake and sea) and Capulongu. The large roof gives a wonderful shade on the terrace and the walls of the house. You can choose between the small table with the perfect view for two or the big table for having lunch and dinner togehter. The kitchen is sufficient. The off-standing house with the second double bed was the realm for the young. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

Amazing views, gardens and close to the beach

The villa is a lovely size for a small family and the additional annex with en suite bathroom would be ideal for other family members joining parents with younger children. There is a well stocked kitchen and great outdoor grill (with fridge). The infinity pool is beautiful and the terrace and outdoor table are perfect for long relaxing evenings enjoying the view and the stars. There is also an outdoor shower which is a nice touch for returning from the beach. The villa is in a gated estate just across the road from the local beach and the stop for the shuttle bus to Villasimius and Porto Giunco beaches. It would be ideal if the check in lady could speak English but she was very nice and helpful and we got by fine! All in all a fantastic place to stay, that was perfect for us.

Clean House, Perfect View

The house is located on top of a steep hill,so having a car is definitely recommended. From the garden, you can enjoy a magnificent view. There are various pleasant spots in the garden to relax and unwind. Inside, the house is spacious and well-equipped. The annex with a separate bedroom and bathroom is ideal for giving older children their own space. Perhaps the only minor downside is that the swimming pool is not heated. During the peak of summer, this wouldn't be an issue, but if you, like us, stay in the house during the spring, it will indeed be a "cool dip." Other than that, I would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a place near Villasimius.

Prachtige locatie, een aparte ruimte met slaapkamer en badkamer voor onze tienerdochter. Fijn huis met veel licht, lekkere plek om buiten te zitten icm de bbq. Zwembad met een uitzicht dat geen moment verveeld en 3 fijne ligbedden. Al met al een plek waar je echt tot rust komt.
