Villa La Joya with sea views
La Joya (translated: “the jewel”) is located in an exceptionally beautiful place, with a magical view of the Mediterranean Sea and Moraira. Surround yourself with mature gardens filled with palm trees and sunshine. A luxurious holiday paradise with no less than 8 bedrooms. The ideal place for a wonderful Mediterranean holiday.
In the past year, La Joya has been completely renovated under the direction of the well-known architect Maria Jose Aunon Cabrera. La Joya consists of two houses, one of which has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The second house has 3 more bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Both houses have a modern luxury kitchen with all imaginable facilities. The total living area is over 600m2. It stands on a plot of over 1800m2.
On the first floor of the large house you will find a spacious outdoor kitchen with BBQ. The ideal place with a fantastic view that you will enjoy in the evening for a long time. Around the pool you will find sun loungers and sunbeds to relax. There is also a sauna and a large whirlpool.
