About this property

Welcome to our homely 2-bedroom bungalow called Mystique. Comprises of a 4 man Hot Tub, on 7 acres of grassed land nestled nicely in a little sleepy village called Old Leake just East of Boston, Lincolnshire. We are situated just 4 miles from the sea - The Wash. There are award winning RSPB sites, marshes, and much more - all excellent dog walking places. Further up the Coast around 15 miles, is the award-winning seaside resort of Skegness.
Pets and children are very welcome. Please visit our conditions before booking.
This property is great for all different guests such as:
Pet owners - People wanting quiet walking retreats close to the east coast. Our property boasts a private fenced off area for your pooches and 7 acres of private but open woodland and grass field.
Sportsmen/women - We've hosted rowers, racing drivers and marathon runners.
Contractors - We've hosted an array of contractors, from archaeologists, all various tradesmen, to NHS staff working at the Pilgrim Hospital.

We have plenty of room for large vehicles, even lorries! The property has lots of lighting on the exterior and CCTV in operation and 2 driveway gates making the grounds safe and secure. The road, Fellands Gate, is very rarely used, so it is very quiet.
Mystique was refurbished in June 2021.
Inside comprises of an open plan kitchen/lounge comprising of: Oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, American fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine. Smart TV in lounge area and lazy boy comfy sofa with scatter cushions. Electric heater. LED lighting with controller. Wooden floors and 2 small coffee tables. There is a wooden dining table and chairs. Wi-Fi throughout the property. Large bathroom with heated towel rail, bath and large shower, toilet, and sink.
Bedroom 1 has a double bed, walk-in wardrobe, 2 chests of drawers with LED lighting with controller. Smart TV and electric heater. Carpet flooring.
Bedroom 2 has a double bed, 2 mirrored wardrobes, and a smart TV and electric heater.
Inside comprises of an open plan kitchen/lounge comprising of: Oven, induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, American fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine. Smart TV in lounge area and a 2 piece leather comfy sofa with scatter cushions. Electric heaters. LED lighting with controller. Wooden floors and coffee table. There is a wooden dining table and 4 chairs. Wi-Fi throughout the property. Large bathroom with heated towel rail, LED mirror, large bath and large shower, toilet, and sink.

Bedroom 1 has a double bed, walk-in wardrobe, with LED lighting with controller. Smart TV, Netflix, electric heater and charging port touch lamps with Carpet flooring.

Bedroom 2 has a double bed, mirrored wardrobe, and a smart TV, Netflix, electric heater and charging port touch lamps with carpet flooring.

The hallway comprises of an electric heater with wooden flooring.

If you're wanting to go for a walk we have 7 acres of beautiful land for you to explore which can be found at the end of the out buildings past the fruit trees. Please DO NOT enter any of the out buildings.

The property was lovely but needs to change a few things

We turnt up at the property and before we could let the kids play outside had to clear up 5 pieces of dog poo soo wasn't the best start. Also noticed the outised areas needed lots of work as there was mess and weeds in lots of places and a dumping group for tyres, concrete and junk at the back. The inside was absolutely lovely. The kitchen and bathroom was stunning. First night sleep the mattress was terrible, full spring mattress that dug into you body. We change rooms the following night and the other mattress was extremely firm. So unfortunly didn't get the best nights sleep which was a shame. If as much Love and care went into the whole property as was put into doing the kitchen and bathroom then the place would have been absolutely amazing. Was just let down by certain elements of the stay.

A 1970's bungalow totally refurbished and brought into the 21st Century. Comprising of a sage coloured modern, stylish kitchen with white granite worktops and Belfast sink. LED lighting in ceiling and kitchen units. Wooden style flooring throughout apart from bedrooms where there are soft carpets.

The bathroom comprises of a very large bath and walk in shower which the pictures do not really capture.

There is an orchard with around 9 different fruit trees. The area is very quiet. Just down the road is a Smallholding that keep donkeys and Alpacas which are funny to see walking past on your walks.

FREE Netflix and WiFi. Ample FREE parking. Pet friendly, Contractor friendly. Garage available but please bring your own padlock.
