Due to the heavy rain we change to another appartment

We change appartment to Primavera Fattoria in the other end of Varna. It was a great appartment and area. Can recomend it. If you are more than one family to stay this house is great. Many appartmants in the same house. It is rural so no traffic and the poolarea is surraounded by a fence.

Schönes Haus mit Verbesserungspotential

Unser Eindruck war durchwachsen. Ein an sich schönes Haus in sehr schöner Lage mit doch einigen Details, die verbessert werden sollten. Insgesamt doch sehr rustikal, das sollte man vorab wissen. Gut: Freundlicher Kontakt und Eigentümer Sehr schöne Landschaft Altes Bauernhaus, eher dunkel innen Für Motorradfahrer - das Haus liegt direkt an einer asphaltierten Straße (durchaus nicht immer der Fall in der Gegend) Nicht so gut: Beschreibung sagt Bauernhaus, man muss schon sehr suchen, um zu finden, dass es eigentlich um ein Apartment im Haus geht Erst am Tag der Anreise wurden wir informiert, dass der Swimmingpool nicht zur Verfügung steht (war noch abgedeckt und voll mit Brackwasser vom Winter) - ein Angebot für ein anderes Apartment haben wir abgelehnt Die Waschmaschine wurde angeblich gestohlen - innerhalb eines Tages wurde Ersatz zur Verfügung gestellt Die Matratzen sind alte Federkern, bei denen man die Metallfedern sehr deutlich fühlen kann Am Morgen der Abreise floss um 7:45 plötzlich kein Wasser mehr - dumm, wenn man dann gerade unter der Dusche steht Die Sauberkeit war insgesamt ok, allerdings war die Klobürste noch von Vorbenutzern stark kontaminiert... Fazit: Mit ein paar überschaubaren Investitionen könnte man aus dem Haus ein wirklich schönes Urlaubsdomizil machen.

Wir haben eine Woche in dem Farmhaus gewohnt. Es ist eine sehr schöne Anlage mit großem Pol, der täglich gepflegt wird und an dem man sich sehr gut aufhalten an. Die Lage des Hauses und der Ausblick über die Weiten der Toskana sind hervorragend. Der Vermieter hat sich bei Fragen und Problemen immer sofort gekümmert und geholfen - beispielsweise wurde der Kühlschrank durch ein neues Gerät ersetzt, als der alte Kühlschrank ausgefallen ist. Das Apartment ist sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, die Ausstattung der Küche ist recht beschränkt, sie könnte etwas umfangreicher sein. Insgesamt können wir diese schöne und erholsame Unterkunft absolut empfehlen - wir kommen gerne bald wieder.

Das Haus mit mehreren Ferienwohnungen sieht von außen richtig rustikal aus und passt in die schöne Landschaft. Der Ausblick vom Haus bzw. Garten ist herrlich. Die Wohnung selber ist schon in die Jahre gekommen, war aber sehr sauber und hat für unsere Familie mit drei kleinen Kindern seinen Zweck voll und ganz erfüllt.
