Our two-week stay for six people was very pleasant. The house provides a comfortable setting to enjoy the beautiful scenery, the swimming pool, the proximity to the beach, and the wonderful trails for running or walking. The cleanliness was not bad, although it was not the best we have experienced. There were a few areas where it was noticeable that some details had not been taken into consideration, but nothing that negatively affected our stay. The person who welcomed us was attentive and responsive throughout our stay. The only real negative point was receiving emails from the owner requesting payment of a 6% tax on the total cost of the stay. This charge was never properly clarified, and we did not pay it. Belvilla was not at fault and was made aware of the situation. I believe what was missing was a clear explanation or justification for this additional charge.
