uests must bring their own bed, bath, and kitchen linens. Pets, smoking, candles, student parties, stag/hen events, and corporate bookings are not allowed. The property is part of an expanding development, so occasional work traffic may occur. For everyone’s comfort, rubbish must be sorted and left in the designated area, and young people’s groups are not accepted.

A security deposit of EUR 60,00 will be required closer to your check-in date. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services such as cleaning, service charges, consumption, damages or any additional charges incurred during stay. Any balance from the deposit will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
