The apartment has kitchen, dining room and living room as well as a bathroom on the ground floor. Access to the terrace. 1st floor has a bedroom with double bed and one with 2 single beds as well as a landing with a sofa. There are large common areas close to the house where the children can play games and make new friends. No letting to youth groups.
