8 person holiday home in Løkken-By Traum

Holiday cottage with activity room located at the old fishing village Nr. Lyngby between Løkken and Lønstrup. From the living room and the terrace there is a small sea view as well as a view of the dune area and Rubjerg Knude lighthouse. The house is very spacious and furnished with kitchen/living room in open concept, activity room with billiards, table tennis, Nintendo Wii and extra TV with DVD player and stereo with CD player. Three bedrooms, mezzanine with TV (not connected to the antenna) and a DVD player. Bathroom with two-person whirlpool with radio and light and access to the sauna. There is underfloor heating throughout. The house is highly insulated and equipped with geothermal heating, which reduces energy costs to an absolute minimum. The decor is light and flavorful with an emphasis on comfort and well-being. The large windows provide the best possible light throughout the day, which, combined with the ohigh-vaulted ceilings, make the rooms attractive and bright. There is approx. 100 m² terrace area to the east, south and west, of which is a small covered evening terrace and a breakfast terrace. The plot is a little high and overlooks the natural area. No letting to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
