Cottage located on a 900 m & # 178; fenced natural plot only approx. 700 m from the beach and Ærøskøbing marina. The house consists of a combined living / dining room. A spacious kitchen, located next to the dining room. The house is close to good shopping and only a short walk from Ærøskøbing Centrum. Not for rent to youth groups.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

Gut ausgestattetes Haus mit 2 Waschmaschinen, Küche, Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle ausreichend Geschirr und Küchenequipment, / 3 Sitzgelegenheiten aussen, davon eine überdacht, Auch Sitzpolster sind reichlich vorhanden, / Im Schuppen befinden sich weiter Liegestühle, Grill, Strandspielzeug, Sitzpolster, Dort kann man ebenfalls Fahrräder und andere sperrige Gegenstände abstellen, / Folgende Punkte sind uns negativ aufgefallen: / Die bodengleiche Dusche läuft nicht gut ab, da der Abfluss nicht der tiefste Punkt ist und das Wasser auch unter der Türe herläuft eine Badecke wird immer überschwemmt+geflutet, / Im Bad befinden sich keine Steckdoren für Fön oder Rasierer, / In 2 Wo, ca 105kwh Stromverbrauch = 46¬ , knapp 3 m3 Wasserverbrauch ~ 30¬
