In this charming, thatched cottage, you can experience Danish holiday home tranquility with the sound of the North Sea waves in the background. It's peacefully situated at the end of a lane with direct access and views over heathland and dunes. The cottage offers two floors of living space, featuring a kitchen in open connection with the living room. Here you'll find a new wood-burning stove and access to a nicely furnished, large, south-facing terrace. The new, modern kitchen has everything you need – whether you want to prepare a tasty dinner or bake delicious holiday cakes. A round dining table and comfy furniture encourage cosy gatherings, and, naturally, there are board games for everyone to enjoy. On the ground floor, you'll also find the newly renovated bathroom and a completely new bedroom with a double bed and a small study area. On the first floor, two more bedrooms await, with new, comfortable beds. From here, there's view to the dunes, and you can enjoy both sunrise and sunset. You might even be lucky enough to see a deer visiting the garden at dusk! The children can play freely on the large natural plot, and you can explore the many lovely hiking trails and cycling routes right outside the door. Or – you might also just wanna lean back and enjoy the lovely atmosphere in this charming holiday home.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
