In the attractive holiday area in Bratten Strand, between Skagen and Frederikshavn, this renovated cottage is located on a large and lovely natural plot. Entrance into the entrance hall, further in with an open kitchen with dining area, living room with wood stove and large windows and direct access to the terrace. There are three large, bright bedrooms with good beds and closet space, bright bathroom with underfloor heating and large shower. The style is modern and functional. The cottage's big plus is the activity room with billiards and darts and the opportunity for many cozy hours. The cottage has a really good light from the south and west through the large windows in the living room. In addition, the house is equipped with geothermal heat, so small heating costs can be expected. The terraces around the house have plenty of shelter, shade and the opportunity to move with the sun around. On the lawn there is plenty of space for play and ball games. It's about. 500 m to public playground with 3 child-friendly, buried trampolines, large swings and cozy football field. Distance to the beach is approx. 500 m, which in addition to white sand and calm water, offers the most beautiful bathing beach with jetty in Bratten. In summer there are approx. 300 m to shopping and ice house by the beach. Not for rent to youth groups.
