This traditional summer house is located in a popular area close to Aarhus, offering a comfortable base for up to 4 guests across 2 bedrooms — one with a double bed and one with two single beds. With 65 m² of living space on a natural plot of 600 m², the house combines simple, cozy furnishings with everything needed for a relaxing stay, and it's a non-smoker house throughout. The open-plan kitchen connects seamlessly to the living room, where a pellet stove provides pleasant warmth during the colder months. The living room also features a TV and Chromecast for evening entertainment. The kitchen is well-equipped with an electric stove, a fridge-freezer, an extractor hood, a coffee maker, and a dishwasher, while the bathroom includes a washing machine, toilet, sink, and shower niche. A standout feature is the indoor sauna, accommodating up to 4 people, perfect for relaxing after a day outdoors. A conservatory allows for year-round use, extending the living space beyond the summer months. Outside, you'll find a tiled terrace, a garden grill for outdoor dining, and an air-to-air heat pump for added comfort. The property is just 300 metres from the beach, with a restaurant only 200 metres away and a grocery store within 2.5 km. It's also just a 30-minute bus ride to Aarhus from the nearby stop, making it easy to combine peaceful summer house living with city access. It is adjusted to actual usage, and any remaining balance is refunded within 21 days after checkout.
