Luxury, cosy nest in downtown Milan

In a strategic location for the center of Milan, near the stop of the line1 Buonarroti Metro, is my bright and cozy apartment that can accommodate up to 4 guests.
In few minutes you reach the Fiera Milano City, the Mico (Milano Congress Center) and, by subway, without change, the Rho Pero.

The apartment consists of a living room / bedroom with three large windows. Entrance with kitchen and bathroom (with window), the living area is isolated from the bed area with sliding wall. The kitchen is fully furnished and equipped with electric induction hob, dishwasher and fridge freezer. The bathroom has a large shower. In the bedroom there are a double bed, large wardrobe and corner pantry. In the living room a table and a sofa bed for two and a library.

The apartment is located on the third floor, with elevator and offers a wide view of the square below.

Linens and towels are included in the price of the apartment. On request and at the expense of the customer is provided daily cleaning (or other frequency) of the apartment.

In the immediate vicinity, underground station Line 1 Buonarroti, bar, supermarket, restaurants, post office, pharmacy, newsagent and shops (dry cleaners, etc.). Supermarket of celiac (gluten-free sale) at a short distance (are informed about celiac disease and can give information about: restaurants, ice cream ...).

The apartment is located in a 'posh residential area, near the new district of CityLife and minutes (10 minute walk) from the area of ​​the Arch of Peace, full of bars and restaurants.
The stop Buonarroti metro station is on a Bike I, the service bike sharing in Milan.
To comply with Police regulations, guests will have to show their passport/identity card to the owner, to be registered.
Milan, like many other cities in Italy and throughout the world, has established a Tourist Tax for tourists and visitors.

Excellent Apartment

Comfortable, excellent hosts, great location!

This is a beautiful apartment, very clean, conveniently located right above a supermarket and close to the metro. The hosts Valerio and Roberta were waiting for us when we arrived and gave us excellent information on how to get around in Milan and the Lake Como area. We could park our car right in front of the building. We had a wonderful stay, this is an apartment where we'd like to stay again if we return to Milan some day!

Excellent location and

The apartment was as beautiful as the pictures indicated. The neighborhood where the apartment was located was in an excellent location with many places to eat and shop(!) close by. Roberta was waiting for us when we arrived and had everything organized and gave us an excellent tip on place to eat. Checkout was easy and he met us early on a Sunday since we had an early flight. The metro was close by as well with easy access to other parts of Milan and the airport. I would wholeheartedly recommend this apartment!

Fantastic stay in Milan

When we saw this wonderful apartment, we were stunned. The photos are truthful, it is beautifully designed, extremely clean, fully furnished, well planned into the last detail. It is bright, quiet, has a great central location with several metro/bus stops nearby, great restaurants, supermarket, panifico, salumeria just around the corner, in a safe and cozy neighborhood. The owner is extremely friendly and helpful, reliable in all aspects. We felt.immediately at home and leaving after 4 nights was difficult. 10 stars out of five!

Perfect location for a conference at MiCo

The apartment was ideally situated for my week long meeting at the Milano Congresso. There was a grocery store on the lower level so I could have healthy meal options and many restaurants within a few minutes walk. The Buonarotti metro station was within a 5 minute walk as well, making all of Milan very accessible. Make sure to take the airport train and metro to and from the airport. Taxi and Uber rates are outrageous. Would not hesitate to stay here again when in Milan.

Perfect for visit to Expo

We really had a nice stay in Roberta's apartment. It is completely clean and quiet with very easy (5 min. walk) access to the Metro which takes you right to the Expo or to the center of town. We didn't cook in the kitchen but it seemed fully equipped for any light cooking. There is a super market right down stairs where we bought water, breakfast stuff and sandwich making supplies. Roberta is VERY easy to deal with and is as charming in person as she seems in her emails. We ate at Mes Amis, on her recommendation and had a really fine meal there.

Perfect apartment in Milan!

We spent two nights at this apartment, very centrally located in Milan. It was absolutely beautiful on the inside - clean, stylish, and comfortable! Roberts and her husband were excellent hosts. They had wonderful suggestions of things to do and places to eat. The apartment is located just a few blocks from the metro, and we had no problems getting back and forth from the airport. There were guidebooks provided, as well as coffee, and even some juice and cookies! Roberta really thought of everything. We will absolutely stay again, whenever we are able to return to Milan! Thank you, Roberta!

Nice location and a nice stay

We enjoyed our stay here. The bed was comfortable. The blackout blinds were very much appreciated after a long flight. The restaurants in the area were nice and the walk to the Duoma was safe and enjoyable.

Prima locatie met goede voorzieningen

Met Metro 1 om de hoek kun je makkelijk de stad verkennen. Direct naast appartement zijn een supermarkt, bakker en pizzaria. Het apartment zit 3 hoog en weinig last van stadslawaai. Wij bezochten vanuit hier de F1. Ritje richting circuit met openbaar vervoer duurt ongeveer 2 uur.

Great apartment in quiet area outside of central Milan

I loved the comfort of the apartment, the easy communication with the property owner, and the access to public transportation. For ease, I took a cab from the train station to the apartment and that was 14 euros, but the metro was easy enough to figure out for my return trip. Wish my stay could have been longer!

Fantastic Stay in Milan!

I've stayed at this property several times and it never disappoints. Milano, a wonderful farewell to Italy

Roberta's twelve years of experience as a host was reflected this cozy, comfortable, lovely modern apartment. The kitchen was beautiful, well equipped with many extra touches that reflected her hospitality and thoughtfulness for the needs of travelers. These were especially welcomed as we were at the end of our two week stay in Italy, tired but well sated. We we warmly welcomed by her husband who gave us a thorough tour of the apartment and information about local amenities and the neighborhood. Next door to the apartment was a very conveniently located supermarket. The Metro was a comfortable walking distance away. An ATM was located on the corner and restaurants were plentiful in the neighborhood. A taxi stand was conveniently located across the street. Roberta had a very organized and informative notebook containing any information a visitor would require. I especially enjoyed all the art books provided which recapped many of the fantastic sites and art work we had seen in Italy. We thoroughly enjoyed our two-day stay in Milano.

Voilà une location irréprochable! !!formidable

Je recommande cette location sans hésitation. Nous y avons séjourné en famille moi ma femme mamie et mon fils de 3ans. Nous avons été accueillis par les enfants de la propriétaire dont carlo qui parle bien français. Appartement propre fonctionnel un métro à 5min un supermarché au pied de l immeuble ouvert jusqu a minuit, plusieurs restaurants dans le quartiers, un glacier excellent ou on s'arrête volontier après une journée de visite et shopping. On peut compter sur les propriétaires j'ai utiliser la machine a laver et la plaque chauffante en même temps les plombs ont sauté vers 22h a 22h30 les propriétaires se sont déplacés pour relever le compteur qui est a la cave. Sincèrement nous louons souvent des appart et celui ci fait partie des meilleures locations. Idéal pour 3 adultes

Secteur calme et proche de tout

Un séjour parfait ! Cet appartement est très bien localisé et à moins de 5 minutes d'une station de métro. Sa situation nous permet de visiter les principaux sites d'intérêts touristiques en moins de 30 minutes. Il est dans un secteur très calme de Milan. Une épicerie est à moins de 50 mètres et offre un service complet. Un wifi efficace vous permet de garder contact tant au niveau du travail que de vos communications courantes. Merci aussi à Roberta pour sa préoccupation à ce que notre séjour se déroule bien. Aucune hésitation à y retourner dans le futur.
