Our 2 attached traditional houses with common big terrace with outdoor hot tub ensure dream holidays in Santorini. One apartment has main bedroom, big bathroom, sitting room and kitchen. Second apartment has split level - on the top level there is the main bedroom & on ground living room, bathroom & kitchen. The veranda is absolutely to die. It's private, it has an outdoor hot tub, sunbeds for beautiful suntan, dinning area so as to enjoy your breakfast, lunch, snack or dinner outside. This property is located on the pedestrian area of Karterados, a very quite area next to a traditional church and very close to Fira Town.
Private parking just for our guests is provided. Parking is located on the area where the pedestrian area begins.

A perfect place in Santorini for a family of 5

Kiki met us when we arrived and showed us to our home for the week. The property feels like it’s out of a Greek Magazine. We loved the little hot tub, 2 separate apartments, 2 kitchens and 2 bathrooms. We were walking distance to a car rental (which we recommend) and a private parking spot. We walked to dinner at Katerina’s twice -and found traveling around the island to be quite easy. My husband specifically loved the rooftop deck to relax on in the evenings. Thanks so much for having a perfect place to stay. We loved it.

Paradise!

This place is absolute paradise! Every detail of our stay was perfect! Communication with Vassia was so easy and she was always quick to reply, and very helpful! Kiki met us upon our arrival, and was so welcoming! The location is perfect…it’s right in the center of the island so accessible to everywhere. We liked the quaint and quietness of the little town, with a picturesque church next door. It made us feel less like tourists and gave us an authentic experience of life on Santorini. The property is split between two apartments, which was great for my young adult sons, they had their own place. Plenty of room, emaculate, and in the Cycladic style, which adds to the authentic experience. Loved the hot tub and lounge area up on top! Very comfortable! We loved our stay and highly recommend this lovely place! You will be glad you did!

Quiet Location on a Busy Island

We enjoyed our Karterados/Santorini visit and found the accommodations lovely and unique. The host was delightful and attentive to our questions/requests in a very timely manner. A few points about this particular venue: -The destination is actually two separate apartments sharing a common courtyard, so if you seek a two-bedroom location understand the bedrooms are not adjoining, but two separate, one-bedroom efficiencies. It might feel strange if you are not comfortable with this setup. -Water pressure is excellent, but not necessarily hot due to the solar heating process. This may not be a problem in the summer, but by mid-October the shower temperature was never too warm regardless of selection. The same information applies to the hot tub, the maximum temperature being +30 degrees C. -The location almost demands having a vehicle for transportation, as the island's attractions are too far for walking in most cases. You do have a confirmed parking space for the vehicle, but be aware the accommodations are a bit of a walk (+100 meters) over uneven pavement to the house. This may be a challenge for some potential clients with walking issues, so be aware. -Neighboring dogs bark quite a bit during the daytime hours, but are quiet at night. This is a lovely, unique destination made better by the gracious host. If you want to experience something special at the a special destination, you should consider renting this accommodation.

Easy to explore the island from here. Normal neighborhood, great eating nearby and buses also. Recommended!
