The sleeping area has a comfortable double bed , while the living area is completed by a practical single sofa bed , allowing for up to three people . The natural brightness enhances the rooms, creating a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere.
The kitchenette is equipped with a microwave , fridge/freezer and kettle , ideal for preparing breakfast or a quick meal. The bathroom is complete with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.
The apartment offers all the essential services for a pleasant stay: air conditioning for hot Milanese days, high speed WiFi , washing machine and television for moments of relaxation. The environment is strictly non-smoking to ensure a healthy atmosphere. To ensure maximum comfort in compliance with local and condominium regulations, services are available during the following periods:


Heating from October 15 to April 15.
Air conditioning from 15 May to 15 September. Any changes depend on the provisions of the condominium or on municipal resolutions.
