This is a one bedroom studio on the third floor of the building. With a double bed, smart TV, superfast wifi, its own bathroom and its own kitchen the property is completely kitted out to enable a short or longer term self catering stay in the city.
This one bedroom studio was fully refurbished in 2020, and has been completed to enable any guests to stay with us on a self catering basis. Being central to the city centre and adjacent to the main railway station, the property is perfectly placed to enable it be used a base to explore the city and the surrounding areas .
The studio itself has its own separate kitchen fully fitted out for self catering stays, its own separate bathroom, and a seating area, desk, wardrobe and double bed. With smart TV and superfast wifi the property is ideal for people needing good wifi for work and leisure reasons .

The building was built in the late 1890s, and then fully refurbished in 2020 to totally reconfigure and update the building. Set adjacent to the main railway station in Plymouth the property has three floors , with the studio being on the third floor at the rear of the building ensuring a peaceful stay.
