About this property

This private apartment offers wonderful views, is tastefully furnished and can accommodate up to 4 people with two double bedrooms and a sofa bed in the lounge area. The high-quality interior features a contemporary style and modern furniture. The modern kitchen has an under counter refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, combination oven, induction hob, saucepans, cutlery and crockery and tea towels.
The modern bathroom has a bath with shower including hand towels and bath towels.
The lounge area has a 50” TV, all uk channels, sky and sky sports plus local channels and a Play Station 4.
Outside there is private parking and from the terraces and well maintained private 320m2 garden (exclusive to the apartment), there are wonderful panoramic views of the sea and the mountains.The barbecue terrace is equipped with a table and seating for four plus sunbathing area or you can relax in the hot-tub situated on the terrace of the apartment enjoying a glass of local wine.
Away from traffic and mass tourism, situated on the southern slopes of the mountains facing the ocean, the apartment is conveniently located 12 minutes drive from the airport and only 7 minutes from the popular beaches and resorts of Puerto del carmen and Puerto Calero. There is a local restaurant within a five minute walk and a good supermarket only 1.9km away. It is also only 3km to the popular wine region of La Geria.
Either with the frequent local bus service or cheap car rental getting around is no problem.
A clothes washing service is also available.
Lanzarote is becoming a more and more popular destination for active tourists. Perhaps it's the lunar landscape and incredible views, Villa Montana Vista is the perfect location-, it is also a favourite starting point for hikers and mountain bikers alike to enjoy the mountains with views of the coast and Fuerteventura on one side and the Timanfayer National Park on the other.
It is also a prime location for road cyclist to enjoy the smooth tarmac and winding mountain roads of Lanzarote leading through the national park and beyond.
On request there are electric and normal mountain bikes for hire on site with an option for guided tours.

Comfort abroad

Excellent accommodation and wonderful hosts, clean and well equipped apartment with garden for the sun. A very quiet and peaceful spot with lovely views. Hope to return.

Modernes Appartement bei sympathischen Eigentümern

Wir verbrachten zwei wunderbare Wochen in diesem ruhig gelegenen Appartement. Über das bei unserer Ankunft bereit stehende Starterset mit Getränken, Lebensmitteln und Leckereien haben wir uns sehr gefreut. Im privaten Garten gibt es zu jeder Tageszeit sonnige aber auch schattige Plätze. Von der Unterkunft kann man bereits zu kurzen sowie längeren Wanderungen aufbrechen. Der Gipfel der Caldera de Gaida mit fantastischem Ausblick ist nach ca. 2,5km zu Fuß erreicht. Danke für die schöne Zeit!

Genial estancia

Hemos pasado unos días fantásticos de vacaciones con mis hijos adolescentes. El apartamento tiene mucha privacidad, un precioso patio para ti solo. Por dentro es muy bonito, de revista segun mi hija, muy cuidada la decoración, camas super cómodas. Estaba limpio y encontramos muchos detalles que facilitan la estancia y la llegada, como papel higiénico, productos de limpieza y algunos alimentos, agua y una botella de vino. La ubicación también muy buena para visitar toda la isla, a parte de que tiene unas vistas bonitas de la montaña y el mar. Agradecemos a Mark i Sue su atención y disponibilidad.
